Ella & Faith London Affiliate Programme Terms
Commission
- Standard commission: 7% on validated sales. Commission is calculated on the order value excluding delivery charges and VAT.
Validation
- Commission is payable on completed orders following the validation period.
- Cancelled, refunded, returned or fraudulent transactions are not eligible for commission.
Voucher Codes
- Publishers may only promote voucher codes supplied or approved by Ella & Faith London through Awin. Unauthorised or self-generated voucher codes are not permitted and will not be honoured.
Paid Search
- Affiliates must not bid on the Ella & Faith London brand name, brand variations or common misspellings in paid search without prior written permission.
Trademark Usage
- Publishers must not impersonate or misrepresent Ella & Faith London or use our name, logo, images or other intellectual property in a misleading or unauthorised manner. We reserve the right to take appropriate action where our intellectual property rights are infringed.
Promotional Methods
- We welcome content publishers, loyalty partners, cashback partners and relevant comparison or editorial websites whose audiences align with our brand values.
Compliance
- Publishers must comply with all applicable advertising regulations and Awin's network policies.
