A Plus Insurance (US)

A PLUS INSURANCE AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW. A Plus Insurance (learnandserve.org) is an independent insurance brokerage. We pay a fixed commission for each valid insurance quote request (lead) generated through your tracked links. We do not sell products online and we do not issue coupon, promo, discount, or voucher codes of any kind.
2. VALID LEAD DEFINITION. A commissionable lead is a completed quote request submitted on learnandserve.org by a genuine consumer with accurate, verifiable contact information, residing in a state where A Plus Insurance is licensed to operate. Duplicate submissions, existing clients, submissions with invalid or unreachable contact details, and submissions from outside our licensed states are not commissionable.
3. LEAD VALIDATION. All leads are subject to review before commission approval. We reserve the right to decline commissions for leads that are duplicates, fraudulent, incentivized, unreachable, outside our licensed states, or otherwise invalid. Validation decisions are made within 30 days of the transaction date.
4. BRAND BIDDING. Publishers may not bid on our brand terms in any paid search or paid social channel, including "A Plus Insurance," "learnandserve," misspellings or variations, alone or combined with any other term. Publishers may not use our brand name in ad copy or display URLs, and may not direct-link paid traffic to our site.
5. COUPON CLAIMS. A Plus Insurance issues no coupon, promo, discount, or voucher codes. Pages or listings claiming or implying such codes constitute misrepresentation and are grounds for immediate removal from the program and reversal of all pending commissions.
6. PROHIBITED METHODS. Incentivized traffic of any kind, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, click interception via toolbars or extensions, iframes, typosquatting, and unsolicited bulk email or SMS are prohibited. Any lead capture performed on a publisher's own site must comply with applicable law, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM, and include compliant consent language.
7. REPRESENTATION. Publishers may not present themselves as licensed insurance agents or as representatives of A Plus Insurance, may not quote premiums or rates, and may not provide insurance advice.
8. PROGRAM CHANGES & TERMINATION. We may update these terms with 7 days notice via Awin. We reserve the right to decline any application and to end any partnership at our discretion. Questions: aplusjayleen@gmail.com.
