1. Brand Bidding & PPC Restrictions Bidding on trademarked terms, including "Crafted Memories", "CraftedMemories", "giftshandmade.co.uk", "Gifts Handmade," or any close variations/misspellings on any paid search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
2. Direct Linking Paid search ads must not link directly to our domain or utilize our display URL under any circumstances.
3. Strict Voucher Code Policy & Gated Attribution Commissions will not be paid on sales generated using unapproved, leaked, or scraped voucher codes (including codes from our internal email/social channels). We actively utilize Awin’s Voucher Attribution technology. If an exclusive, bespoke code assigned to a specific partner is used at checkout, the commission will be forcefully awarded to that exclusive partner, regardless of which affiliate drove the final click.
4. Browser Extensions, Toolbars, & Adware We do not pay commission on sales generated through unauthorized browser extensions, toolbars, or adware. Any publisher utilizing these technologies must request explicit, written approval from our affiliate team prior to promoting our brand. Approved extensions must comply with Awin’s Soft Click Policy; they must never auto-inject codes at checkout or automatically overwrite tracking if another Awin publisher originally referred the visitor.
5. Sub-Network Accountability Sub-networks are fully responsible for the policing and compliance of their underlying sub-publishers. We continuously monitor sub-network traffic. We reserve the right to instantly decline commissions and suspend sub-network accounts if their sub-publishers are found utilizing unauthorized voucher scraping technologies or violating any of the terms listed above.
Compliance Enforcement: Any partners found violating these terms will be immediately removed from the program, and all pending or unvalidated commissions will be permanently voided.
