Commission
- 15% commission on the net order value (excluding VAT, delivery and returns) of all valid, tracked sales.
- Cookie / attribution period: 30 days, last-click.
- Commissions are auto-validated after the standard validation period; orders that are cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or placed using unauthorised discount codes will be declined.
Eligibility & age restriction (please read)
- This programme promotes age-restricted nicotine products. Affiliates must only promote Two Wombats to an audience of adults aged 18 or over.
- Publishers must age-gate or otherwise ensure their audience and placements are not directed at, or likely to appeal to, anyone under 18.
- All promotion must comply with UK law and the relevant CAP/ASA advertising codes for nicotine products. Do not make health, safety, or smoking-cessation claims, and do not present the products as risk-free.
Permitted promotion
- Content sites, reviews, comparison and voucher/deal sites, email to opted-in 18+ subscribers, and social posts that comply with platform rules and UK advertising codes.
- Use of approved creatives, banners, product feeds and discount codes supplied via Awin.
Prohibited promotion
- No targeting of under-18s; no placement on sites or channels aimed at minors.
- No PPC bidding on "Two Wombats", "twowombats", or close misspellings/variants as brand terms, and no direct linking from paid search to twowombats.com, unless agreed in writing.
- No use of the Two Wombats name/brand in ad copy, display URLs, or domain names without permission.
- No spam, unsolicited email, cookie-stuffing, adware/toolbar/loyalty or cashback diversion, or incentivised traffic unless expressly approved.
- No unauthorised, expired, or self-generated discount codes; no codes published on coupon sites unless provided for that purpose.
- No health claims, no claims that pouches help quit smoking, and no marketing implying the products are safe or harmless.
General
- Two Wombats may decline commissions and remove affiliates that breach these terms or applicable law.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms; material changes will be communicated via Awin.
