Action Description
Commission is rewarded on an activation model. If the customer activates their account with italk within 45 days from date of sale italk will validate the sale and pay the affiliate their commission.
Commission is awarded on a last-click basis. (Commission will be attributed to the individual affiliate account ID which was the last-click in the customers transaction journey)
Validation Criteria
The following criteria defines a validated sale:
- The sale of a product for which commission is applicable. (see commission structure)
- The Customer details including payment method has been verified and validated.
- The sale has been attributed back to the individual affiliate ID on a last-click basis.
- The affiliate has adhered to all the programme terms and conditions.
- The Customer’s account has activated within 45 days from sales date.
De-Duplication Policy
italk will de-dupe any sale against their customer database.
Deeplinking
Affiliates are permitted to deeplink to links provided by italk. Any other link that the publisher would like to promote needs to be agreed by italk first.
Affiliates must not create their own deeplinks.
Branding Guidelines
Affiliates must adhere to the italk brand guidelines.
Creative Restrictions
Affiliates must display the most up to date logo at all times. Using creatives provided directly through the network, or directly from italk.
URL and ad copy restrictions
Affiliates must not use the italk brand or any derivatives within the URL unless this has been agreed with italk.
PPC Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to bid in search engines on italk brand terms. This includes hybrid brand + generic terms, misspellings and variations of the brand terms.

Use of Email
Affiliates ARE permitted to distribute emails advertising italk provided they have requested and received permission from italk before doing so.
All copy and creatives must be signed-off prior to any email being sent.
The affiliate must consent and obtain appropriate marketing consents before sending any email.
