FOLD Reformer

Terms and Conditions

These Programme Terms and Conditions apply to all publishers, affiliates, influencers, content creators, networks, technology partners and any other third parties accepted onto the FÔLD Reformer affiliate programme through AWIN.

By applying to, joining or promoting the FÔLD Reformer affiliate programme, you agree to comply with these Programme Terms, the AWIN Publisher Terms, the AWIN Code of Conduct, all applicable AWIN platform rules, and all applicable laws and advertising regulations in the territories in which you operate.

If there is any conflict between these Programme Terms and AWIN’s standard publisher terms, AWIN’s terms will apply in relation to use of the AWIN platform, tracking, payments and network-level obligations. These Programme Terms govern the additional rules for promoting FÔLD Reformer.

2. Programme Eligibility

We reserve the right to accept, decline, suspend or remove any publisher from the FÔLD Reformer affiliate programme at our sole discretion.

Publishers must operate websites, social media accounts, email lists, communities, apps or platforms that are suitable for the FÔLD brand and audience. We welcome high-quality publishers in relevant categories including, but not limited to:

  • Pilates, fitness, wellness and lifestyle content
  • Home gym, interiors and flexible living content
  • Health, movement and wellbeing communities
  • Premium product review sites
  • Relevant editorial, comparison and shopping platforms
  • Approved influencer and creator partners
  • Approved cashback, loyalty, rewards or voucher partners, where expressly accepted by FÔLD

We may reject or remove publishers whose content, conduct or traffic sources are inconsistent with our brand, including but not limited to sites or platforms that contain unlawful, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, adult, violent, hateful, defamatory, exploitative or low-quality content.

3. Acceptance onto the Programme

Acceptance onto the programme does not create any employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, partnership or representative relationship between you and FÔLD Reformer.

You are an independent publisher responsible for your own promotional activity, content, tax obligations, disclosures, advertising compliance, platform compliance and use of AWIN.

You may only promote FÔLD Reformer using approved links, creatives, product feeds, voucher codes, copy, imagery or other assets made available by FÔLD Reformer or AWIN, unless we have given prior written approval.

4. Commission

Approved publishers may earn commission on qualifying sales tracked through AWIN and validated by FÔLD Reformer.

Commission details, including rate, cookie window, attribution rules and validation period, will be set out in AWIN and may be updated from time to time.

Commission is only payable on valid, completed and qualifying customer orders that are tracked through AWIN and approved by FÔLD Reformer.

5. Qualifying Sales

A qualifying sale is a completed purchase by a genuine customer who has clicked through from an approved publisher link and completed a valid transaction on the FÔLD Reformer website within the applicable cookie window.

A sale will not qualify for commission where, in our reasonable opinion, the transaction is invalid, cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, duplicated, artificially generated, self-referred, in breach of these Programme Terms, or otherwise ineligible under the AWIN platform rules.

FÔLD Reformer reserves the right to decline, reverse, reduce or amend commission in accordance with these Programme Terms and AWIN’s processes.

6. Non-Qualifying Sales and Commission Reversals

Commission may be declined, reversed or amended in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Cancelled, refunded or returned orders
  • Failed, incomplete or unpaid transactions
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Fraudulent, suspicious or artificially generated transactions
  • Self-referrals or purchases made by the publisher for the purpose of earning commission
  • Orders placed using unauthorised voucher codes
  • Orders placed by dealers, resellers or distributors without permission
  • Transactions generated through misleading, non-compliant or prohibited marketing activity
  • Transactions where another marketing channel or partner has valid priority under our attribution or de-duplication rules
  • Orders where the customer has breached FÔLD Reformer’s customer terms
  • Orders resulting from prohibited PPC, paid social, domain, cookie stuffing, forced click or adware activity

FÔLD Reformer’s decision on transaction validation is final, subject to AWIN’s applicable dispute processes.

7. Attribution and De-Duplication

FÔLD Reformer may operate attribution, validation and de-duplication rules across affiliate, paid search, paid social, email, referral, influencer, direct partnerships and other marketing channels.

Where multiple channels or partners contribute to a sale, commission may be attributed, amended or declined according to FÔLD Reformer’s attribution rules and AWIN’s tracking records.

We reserve the right to de-duplicate affiliate sales against other paid or owned channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, email, referral programmes, influencer codes, customer service discounts, direct partnerships and internal promotions.

8. Voucher Codes, Offers and Promotions

Publishers may only promote voucher codes, discount codes, app offers, finance offers, bundles, delivery promotions or other promotional messages that have been expressly issued or approved by FÔLD Reformer for affiliate use.

Publishers must not promote expired, unauthorised, private, customer-specific, influencer-specific, referral, staff, showroom, customer service or abandoned basket codes unless we have given prior written approval.

Voucher and deal publishers must display accurate, current and clear information. You must not suggest that a code is valid, exclusive or time-limited unless that is true and approved by FÔLD Reformer.

Any publisher found to be promoting unauthorised, misleading or expired offers may have commission declined and may be removed from the programme.

9. Cashback, Loyalty and Reward Publishers

Cashback, loyalty and reward publishers may only promote FÔLD Reformer if expressly approved onto the programme.

Approved cashback or loyalty publishers must clearly communicate their own reward terms to customers and must not make promises that conflict with FÔLD Reformer’s terms, delivery estimates, refund policy, finance terms, warranty terms or AWIN tracking rules.

FÔLD Reformer is not responsible for cashback, loyalty points or rewards offered by a publisher to its users.

10. PPC and Paid Search Policy

Unless we have given prior written permission, publishers must not bid on FÔLD Reformer brand terms or variations in any search engine, shopping engine, marketplace, app store, paid social platform or other paid media environment.

Publishers must not:

  • Use FÔLD Reformer trademarks in ad copy without permission
  • Use FÔLD Reformer trademarks in display URLs
  • Direct link from paid ads to the FÔLD Reformer website
  • Use paid search activity that appears to be an official FÔLD Reformer advert
  • Bid on competitor terms in a misleading or unlawful way
  • Use ad copy that misrepresents price, availability, delivery time, finance, discount, warranty or product claims

Any breach of this PPC policy may result in immediate commission reversal and removal from the programme.

11. Paid Social Advertising

Publishers must not run paid social advertising using FÔLD Reformer branding, product imagery, video content, founder content, customer reviews, creator assets or product claims without prior written approval.

Publishers must not create ads that appear to be official FÔLD Reformer advertising or impersonate FÔLD Reformer, our founders, employees, customers, instructors, partners or studios.

Paid social ads must not make misleading claims about product availability, price, app access, delivery dates, finance, discounts, warranty, results, medical benefits or suitability.

12. Domain Names, Subdomains and Social Handles

Publishers must not register, purchase, use or bid on domain names, subdomains, app names, account names, social handles or usernames that include FÔLD Reformer trademarks or confusingly similar terms.

  • foldreformer
  • fold-reformer
  • foldpilates
  • foldapp
  • easifold
  • originalfoldreformer
  • Any misspelling or variation of FÔLD Reformer

Publishers must not create social media profiles, groups, communities, landing pages or websites that could reasonably be mistaken for official FÔLD Reformer channels.

13. Brand, Trademark and Creative Usage

All FÔLD Reformer names, logos, marks, product names, images, videos, copy, trademarks, trade names, designs and brand assets remain the property of FÔLD Reformer or its licensors.

Publishers are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use approved FÔLD Reformer assets solely for the purpose of promoting the FÔLD Reformer affiliate programme in accordance with these Programme Terms.

Publishers must not:

  • Alter FÔLD Reformer logos or product imagery without permission
  • Use out-of-date product images or specifications
  • Misrepresent the colour, finish, function, price or availability of any product
  • Suggest endorsement, employment, agency or official partnership unless approved
  • Use FÔLD Reformer assets in a way that damages or dilutes the brand
  • Use FÔLD Reformer intellectual property after removal from the programme

We may ask publishers to edit or remove content at any time. Publishers must comply promptly with any such request.

14. Product Claims and Accuracy

Specific product features, colours, app access, bundles, delivery windows and offers must be checked against the current FÔLD Reformer website or AWIN programme information before publishing.

15. Pricing, Delivery and Availability Claims

Prices, lead times, stock status, colours, bundles, accessories, finance options, delivery territories and promotional offers may change.

  • Assembly is included unless expressly stated by FÔLD Reformer
  • Finance approval is guaranteed
  • A saving, discount or promotion is exclusive unless approved

Where a delivery lead time is stated, it must be presented as an estimate unless FÔLD Reformer has confirmed otherwise.

16. Finance and Payment Messaging

Where publishers refer to finance, instalments, pay-later services or monthly payments, they must use only approved finance messaging supplied by FÔLD Reformer.

Publishers must not suggest that finance is guaranteed, suitable for everyone, interest-free beyond the approved offer, or available in every territory.

Finance-related promotions must include any required legal, regulatory or responsible lending wording supplied by FÔLD Reformer.

17. Sustainability and Charity Claims

Publishers may only use sustainability, environmental, tree planting, plastic removal, charity or social impact claims that have been approved by FÔLD Reformer.

Such claims must be accurate, current and not exaggerated. Publishers must not imply that purchasing a product has a greater environmental or charitable impact than has been expressly confirmed by FÔLD Reformer.

18. Reviews, Testimonials and User-Generated Content

Examples of acceptable disclosure wording may include, where appropriate:

  • “Ad”
