1. Commission
Affiliates earn 10% commission on all product sales where they are the first touchpoint within a 30-day attribution window. Commission is calculated on product value only, excluding VAT, delivery charges, payment processing fees, and gift services.
2. Payment
Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer. Payment is made within 7 days of month end.re to add terms and conditions content
3. Brand Standards
Affiliates must represent Dr Ivy London accurately and professionally. All marketing materials must comply with ASA/CAP advertising guidelines and MHRA regulations for skincare claims. No misleading or false health claims.
4. Attribution & Tracking
Affiliates must use provided tracking links. Sales without valid affiliate attribution do not receive commission. We reserve the right to dispute commissions if fraud or invalid traffic is suspected.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the affiliation if: (a) affiliate violates brand guidelines, (b) affiliate makes false claims about products, (c) affiliate engages in spammy or fraudulent practices.
6. Confidentiality
Affiliate agrees not to disclose commission rates, terms, or strategy publicly.
7. Liability
Dr Ivy London is not liable for any losses or damages the affiliate incurs from participation in the programme
