Terms and Conditions

Publishers please adhere to the following branding guidelines when promoting Airyday:

 

Brand Name: Always written as “Airyday” or “Airyday Skinscreen”. Never “airyday”, or “Air-yday”.

 

Trademarked Terms: The following are registered trademarks and must be used correctly and never modified: 

  • SPF Wardrobe®, 
  • SKINSCREENS®,
  • Dreamscreen
  • Airyday
  • Please do not use these terms in a way that implies ownership or brand endorsement without prior written approval.

 

Tone of Voice: Airyday's brand voice is warm, confident, and approachable, with a light, playful wit. Content promoting Airyday should reflect this tone. Avoid language that is alarmist, overly clinical, or inconsistent with Airyday's ethos of making sun protection feel joyful and effortless.

 

Claims and Messaging: Publishers must not make unsubstantiated health, medical, or efficacy claims about Airyday products. Any claims must be consistent with those published on airyday.co.uk. Publishers must include appropriate SPF and sun protection disclaimers where required.

 

Imagery: Publishers may only use creative assets approved by and provided through the Airyday affiliate programme. Publishers must not use imagery that misrepresents or alters Airyday products.

 

Prohibited Content: Airyday creative must not appear alongside content that is offensive, discriminatory, politically divisive, or otherwise inconsistent with Airyday's brand values.
