Commission & Tracking
Publishers earn 2.5% CPA on all confirmed sales. Commission is paid on the net order value, excluding delivery charges, VAT, and any amounts attributable to returns or cancellations. A 70-day cookie window applies. All sales are tracked on a last-click attribution model and are de-duplicated against other online advertising channels, including paid search and direct.
Campaigns
Team RH Fitness operates two campaigns on Awin:
Campaign 1 (Standard) is open to all approved Awin publishers.
Campaign 2 (Exclusive Brand Partners) is invite-only and accessible via tracking links only. Publishers must not share, publish, or distribute any discount codes associated with Campaign 2 unless those codes have been explicitly provided by Team RH Fitness for that purpose. Unauthorised distribution of exclusive codes will result in commission being withheld and potential suspension from the programme.
Voucher & Discount Code Policy
Publishers may only promote voucher or discount codes that have been officially provided through the Team RH Fitness affiliate programme, either via Awin or directly from the affiliate programme manager. Team RH Fitness reserves the right to withhold commission on any sale where an unauthorised code has been applied at checkout. Where codes are issued with an expiry date, this must be clearly displayed on any publisher page. Expired codes must be removed or explicitly marked as expired promptly after the expiry date. Publishers displaying expired codes without marking them as such may be suspended from the programme.
Validation Policy
Sales are validated in line with Team RH Fitness's returns policy, which is 30 days from date of purchase. A look-back window of 33 days applies. Any queries regarding transaction validation should be directed to the programme contact via Awin.
Commission is not payable on:
- Cancelled or fully returned orders
- Delivery charges
- Bulk purchases intended for resale
- Orders where an unauthorised voucher or influencer code was applied
PPC & Paid Search
Publishers are not permitted to bid on Team RH Fitness brand terms, misspellings, or any variations of the following on any search engine without prior written authorisation from Team RH Fitness: "Team RH", "Team RH Fitness", "RH Fitness", "Richie Howey". This restriction applies to exact, phrase, and broad match including brand plus generic combinations (e.g. "Team RH discount", "Team RH protein"). Bidding on generic health, fitness, and supplement terms is permitted. Direct linking from paid search to the Team RH Fitness website is prohibited without prior approval.
CSS (Comparison Shopping Service) Partners
CSS partners must use standard shopping activity only. Brand terms must be negatively matched in all campaigns in line with programme terms. Performance Max campaigns are not permitted and may result in commission being set to zero and suspension from the programme.
Social Media
All affiliate content published on social media must be clearly labelled as paid promotion and comply with ASA guidelines and CAP code requirements. Publishers must use #ad or an equivalent clear identifier on any post containing affiliate links. Publishers must not post on any official Team RH Fitness social media page or community group in order to drive traffic to their own platform. Publishers are not permitted to register any social media account using the Team RH Fitness brand name or any variation of it.
Domain & Brand Usage
Publishers must not purchase, own, or bid on any domain name containing "Team RH", "TeamRH", "RH Fitness", or misspellings thereof. Publishers must not include Team RH Fitness brand terms in the subdomain of their website URL. Publishers may use correctly spelt brand terms after the domain of their website URL (e.g. www.publishersite.co.uk/teamrhfitness). Team RH Fitness branding, logos, and creative assets must only be used in formats provided through the Awin programme and must not be altered, distorted, or used in a context that could damage brand reputation.
