Icy Bear Dental Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
By joining the Icy Bear Dental Affiliate Programme through AWIN, publishers agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect the Icy Bear Dental brand, ensure fair promotion, and maintain a positive experience for customers and affiliate partners.
1. Brand Name and Trademark Use
Publishers must not use the Icy Bear Dental brand name, trademark, product names, misspellings, or close variations within any domain name, sub-domain, URL, social media handle, paid search ad, or landing page URL without prior written approval.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- icybear
- icy bear
- icy bear dental
- Icy Bear Dental discount
- Icy Bear Dental code
- Icy Bear Dental whitening

Examples of prohibited URL use include:
- icybeardentaldiscounts.com
- besticybearcodes.co.uk
- icybearwhiteningoffers.com
- website.com/icy-bear-dental-discount-code
Publishers must not create websites, pages, links, adverts or content that could appear to be owned, operated, endorsed or officially controlled by Icy Bear Dental unless this has been approved in writing.
2. Paid Search and Search Engine Restrictions
Publishers are not permitted to bid on, target, or use Icy Bear Dental branded keywords in paid search advertising, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, or any other search engine or paid search platform.
Restricted branded terms include:
- Icy Bear Dental
- Icy Bear
- icybeardental.com
- Icy Bear discount code
- Icy Bear promo code
- Icy Bear whitening strips
- Icy Bear toothpaste
- Any product-specific branded search terms
- Any misspellings, abbreviations or close variations of the brand name
Publishers must not use Icy Bear Dental’s brand name in search ad copy, display URLs, ad extensions, sitelinks, or paid search landing page URLs.
Publishers are also not permitted to run paid search activity that links directly to the Icy Bear Dental website or redirects to the Icy Bear Dental website using affiliate tracking links.
3. Direct Linking
Direct linking from paid search adverts to the Icy Bear Dental website is strictly prohibited. Publishers must not use affiliate links as the final URL or destination URL in any paid search campaign.
All paid traffic activity must be approved by Icy Bear Dental in writing before going live.
4. Voucher Code and Discount Code Use
Publishers may only promote voucher codes, discount codes or promotional offers that have been provided through AWIN or approved directly by Icy Bear Dental.
Unauthorised codes, leaked codes, staff codes, influencer codes, customer service codes or expired codes must not be promoted.
Publishers must clearly display the correct offer details, expiry date and any relevant exclusions. Misleading claims such as “exclusive code”, “best code” or “guaranteed discount” must not be used unless specifically approved by Icy Bear Dental.
5. Content and Brand Representation
Publishers must represent Icy Bear Dental accurately and in line with the brand’s premium, dentist-developed positioning.
All content must be truthful, clear and not misleading. Publishers must not make unapproved medical, dental or whitening claims. Claims around whitening results, sensitivity, suitability or dental conditions must align with the information provided by Icy Bear Dental.
Publishers must not suggest that Icy Bear Dental products cure, treat or prevent dental disease. Where relevant, customers should be encouraged to speak to a dental professional for individual advice.
6. Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following promotional methods are not permitted without prior written approval:
- Paid search using Icy Bear Dental branded terms
- Use of Icy Bear Dental trademarks in domains, sub-domains or URLs
- Direct linking from paid search adverts
- Cashback activity, unless approved
- Loyalty or reward sites, unless approved
- Browser extensions, toolbars or plug-ins
- Pop-ups, pop-unders or forced clicks
- Cookie stuffing
- Misleading redirects
- Spam email or unsolicited messaging
- Promotion on adult, offensive, illegal or inappropriate websites
- Any activity that may damage the reputation of Icy Bear Dental
7. Social Media Promotion
Publishers may promote Icy Bear Dental across social media channels, provided the content is honest, accurate and clearly identifies any affiliate relationship where required.
Publishers must not create social media accounts, pages or groups that use the Icy Bear Dental brand name or appear to be official Icy Bear Dental accounts.
Paid social advertising using the Icy Bear Dental brand name, product names, imagery or assets must be approved in writing before going live.
8. Email Marketing
Publishers must not send email marketing that promotes Icy Bear Dental without prior written approval.
Any approved email activity must comply with all applicable data protection and marketing laws, including GDPR and PECR where relevant. Publishers must only contact users who have given valid consent to receive marketing communications.
9. Commission and Validation
Commission is paid on valid sales tracked through AWIN, subject to Icy Bear Dental’s approval and validation process.
Icy Bear Dental reserves the right to decline commission on orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicated, generated through unauthorised promotional methods, or in breach of these programme terms.
Commission may also be declined where a publisher has used unauthorised voucher codes, misleading promotional claims, prohibited paid search activity, or any activity that does not comply with these terms.
10. Brand Assets
Publishers may only use brand assets, logos, product imagery and promotional materials provided or approved by Icy Bear Dental.
Brand assets must not be edited, distorted or used in a misleading way. Publishers must not imply that they are officially part of Icy Bear Dental or acting on behalf of the brand.
11. Compliance and Removal
Icy Bear Dental reserves the right to request the immediate removal or amendment of any content, link, advert, page or promotional material that does not comply with these terms.
Failure to comply may result in commission being declined, removal from the affiliate programme, and further action where necessary.
12. Programme Changes
Icy Bear Dental reserves the right to update commission rates, promotional offers, validation rules, cookie windows, programme terms or publisher permissions at any time.
Continued participation in the programme indicates acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
