1. Commission Structure
- Standard Rate: Affiliates earn a flat $150 commission for every validated sale of any PEPPER EMS Suit Bundle (including the Starter Bundle, Ultimate Bundle, Partner Bundle, Friendship Bundle, and Training Group Bundle).
- Non-Commissionable Items: Commissions are not paid on standalone app subscriptions, standalone accessories, or replacement parts unless explicitly stated in active program offers.
- Shipping & Taxes: Commissions are paid as a fixed rate and have no correlation with sales tax, shipping costs, or applied discount codes.
2. Cookie Period & Validation
- Cookie Length: 30 days. You will be credited for purchases made within 30 days of the user clicking your affiliate link.
- Validation Window: Sales are validated after 67 days. This extended period ensures ample time to account for canceled orders, failed payments, and our customer return window.
- Declined Sales: Commissions will be declined if an order is canceled, returned, or flagged as fraudulent.
3. Affiliate Requirements & Product Sampling
- Authenticity: While having previously done EMS training is not strictly compulsory, it is highly appreciated. We value authentic content, and prior experience ensures a true, informed opinion is given on the product.
- Review Suits: Opportunities for receiving a PEPPER EMS Suit for review and content creation are possible! These collaborations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested, this must be discussed via email with more details regarding your platform, audience size, and promotional strategy.
- Preferred Expertise: While not a requirement, we appreciate affiliates who have knowledge of EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) training. A solid understanding of how EMS works supports authentic, well-informed, and high-quality communication about PEPPER EMS.
4. Branding, Content & Health Claims
- Strict Rules on Claims: Affiliates should ideally have a solid understanding of EMS training and how it works. When communicating about PEPPER EMS, please base any statements about features or benefits on information provided on the official PEPPER EMS website or official PEPPER social media channels.
- Affiliates are welcome to share their own personal workout experiences and results. However, any such claims must be truthful, accurate, and not exaggerated or misleading.
- Approved Assets: Please use only the official banners, images, logos, and promotional text provided in the Awin interface. If you need custom creatives, please request them from our team.
- Brand Representation: Do not alter the PEPPER logo or misrepresent the brand. The product must be portrayed as a premium, high-tech fitness device.
5. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) & Search Policy
We operate a strict no-brand-bidding policy.
- Affiliates are not permitted to bid on the brand name "PEPPER," "PEPPER EMS," or any misspellings/variations on any search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.).
- Direct linking to the PEPPER EMS website from paid search ads is strictly prohibited.
6. Voucher & Discount Code Policy
- Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that are explicitly provided through the Awin platform or directly communicated to you by the PEPPER EMS affiliate management team. Promoting expired or fabricated codes will result in commission reversals.
7. Social Media Transparency
- All affiliate links shared on social media, blogs, or YouTube must be clearly disclosed in line with FTC guidelines (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate).
