1. General
By applying to or joining the Anjna London affiliate programme on Awin, partners agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. Anjna London reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued participation in the programme following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Any breach of these terms may result in the decline of outstanding commissions and/or immediate removal from the programme. Anjna London's decision in such matters is final.
Please note, this programme operates with a 14 day closure notice period. Refer to your contractual terms and conditions for further information, or contact us at info@anjna.com.
2. Partner Conduct
Partners are expected to represent Anjna London in a manner consistent with the brand's values and aesthetic positioning at all times.
- All ad copy, imagery, and marketing materials must be approved by Anjna London prior to publication.
- Partners must liaise with their Account Manager on a weekly basis.
- Partners must present the brand positively where reasonable. Any negative content must be shared with an Account Manager before publication.
- Partners must comply with all applicable regulations and guidance from relevant regulatory bodies, including but not limited to the ASA, CAP Code, and FTC guidelines. Compliance is the sole responsibility of the partner.
- Partners must clearly disclose to their audience that content is monetised and that a commission may be earned on purchases made via affiliate links.
- Partners must update any creative assets or ad copy to the latest version provided by Anjna London within 7 days of notification.
3. Promotions & Voucher Codes
- No partner may promote any discount, promotion, incentive, or voucher code without prior written consent from an Account Manager, or unless explicitly shared via the Awin Communications Centre or My Offers section.
- Partners may not permit members of the public to contribute discount codes or promotions to their website(s).
- Partners may only share promotions that have been explicitly authorised by Anjna London.
4. Paid Search (PPC)
Partners are not permitted to engage in any paid search (PPC) or programmatic advertising activity in connection with the Anjna London programme without explicit prior written consent from Anjna London. Consent will not be granted as a default and must be requested on a case-by-case basis.
5. Prohibited Activity
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of all commissions:
- Use of bots, scrapers, malicious software, or any automated or illegal methods to generate clicks, traffic, or engagement.
- Any form of fraudulent activity, scam, or misrepresentation of the brand.
- Generating transactions through self-referral or other illegitimate means.
6. Commissions
6.1 Commission Rate
Anjna London offers a flat commission rate of 12% on all approved sales.
6.2 Cookie Period
The programme operates on a 30-day cookie window. Commissions are attributed on a last-click basis.
6.3 Eligible Transactions
- Commissions are payable on legitimate, completed transactions only.
- Wholesale purchases may be eligible for commission. Partners should confirm eligibility with their Account Manager prior to promotion.
- Commissions will not be awarded on transactions generated through prohibited activity as outlined in Section 5.
6.4 Commission Changes
Anjna London will not reduce commission rates by more than 20% within any 30-day period and will provide partners with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to any commission changes.
7. Validation & Returns
Transactions will be validated in accordance with Anjna London's returns and refunds policy. The following conditions apply:
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging, within the applicable returns window.
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Commissions on returned or cancelled orders will be reversed accordingly.
- Once a return is received, it will be processed within 3 working days. Refund timelines may vary by payment provider.
- Anjna London does not offer direct exchanges; a return followed by a new order constitutes two separate transactions for commission purposes.
For full details, refer to the Anjna London Refund Policy at anjna.com.
8. Branding Guidelines
- The brand name must be written as 'Anjna London' in all partner content. Do not abbreviate, misspell, or stylise differently without prior approval.
- All creative assets must reflect the current brand guidelines. Outdated assets must be replaced within 7 days of updated materials being communicated.
- Partners must not use Anjna London's branding, name, or imagery in any context that could be considered misleading or inconsistent with the brand's positioning.
9. De-duplication
Anjna London may operate across multiple paid digital marketing channels. Where de-duplication is applied, commission attribution follows a last-click model. Partners are encouraged to review this section prior to commencing promotion in order to allocate resources appropriately within the customer journey.
Any changes to de-duplication settings will be communicated to partners in accordance with the programme notice period.
