Underdays operates a tiered affiliate programme open to content creators and influencers based in the UK and US. By applying to and joining the programme, all partners agree to these terms and conditions in full.
Welcome & Onboarding
Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique welcome discount code. A physical welcome gift will be sent to affiliates who redeem their code and begin posting, rewarding action rather than sign-up. All affiliates gain access to our WhatsApp community and monthly best-practice emails from day one.
Commission Structure
All active affiliates earn a flat 15% commission rate. Tier progression unlocks additional perks, recognition, and opportunities rather than increased commission rates. Tiers are reviewed quarterly based on attributable revenue.
Standard: Any active affiliate generating sales
Top Performer: £2,000 or more attributable revenue per quarter
Hero: £5,000 or more attributable revenue per quarter (capped at 20 members per region)
Voucher & Discount Codes
Each affiliate is issued one unique discount code. Codes are personal and non-transferable. They may not be shared on cashback sites, voucher platforms, or third party discount aggregators without prior written approval from Underdays. Codes may not be stacked with any other promotional offer unless explicitly authorised by Underdays.
Content & Disclosure
All affiliate content must clearly disclose the commercial relationship in line with ASA guidelines (UK) and FTC guidelines (US). Affiliates may not make unauthorised health or medical claims about Underdays products. Underdays reserves the right to request removal or amendment of any content that misrepresents the brand or conflicts with brand guidelines.
Consequences of Breach
Breach of these terms may result in commission reversal, suspension, or permanent removal from the programme. This includes but is not limited to code misuse, fraudulent activity, failure to disclose partnership, or brand misrepresentation.
