| Item was returned | | | Commissions will be declined where an item is returned within 30 days of dispatch. Please allow up to 14 business days post-receipt for processing. Commissions are validated monthly and declines applied within a 60-day window. |
| Customer failed credit check | | | Commissions will be declined where a customer fails a credit check and the order does not complete. These are reviewed during our monthly validation window. Publishers will be notified of any declined commissions via the network. |
