Publishers must represent Underdays accurately and in line with our brand guidelines. Do not alter our logo, use unapproved imagery or make misleading product claims. Content must align with our wellness, lifestyle and fashion positioning. Contact us for our full brand guidelines before creating content.

 

BRAND NAME
Write as "Underdays" in body copy. "UNDERDAYS" on physical media. Never "underdays" in lowercase.

 

LOGO USAGE
Do not distort, recolour, recreate, or modify the logo in any way. Do not add effects, words, or additional graphic elements. Approved assets will be shared on request via AWIN messaging.

 

TONE & CONTENT
Underdays is a wellness-led, lifestyle brand — not a lingerie label. Content must feel calm, premium, and understated. Do not use hype-led, urgency-driven, or provocative language. Avoid: "revolutionary, ultimate, game-changer, skin-kind, thoughtfully, elevated." Never use body-shaming or objectifying language.

 

IMAGERY
Use only Underdays-approved product imagery. Do not shoot your own product content or use AI-generated imagery without written approval. Imagery should feel natural, lifestyle-led, and clean.

 

CLAIMS
You may reference that products are OEKO-TEX® certified. Do not make medical claims or exaggerate benefits beyond what is stated on the Underdays website.

 

DISCLOSURE
All content containing affiliate links must include a clear affiliate disclosure in line with ASA guidelines. This is a legal requirement.

 

APPROVED PUBLISHER TYPES
Community, content, and discount code publishers in the wellness, lifestyle, and fashion space only. Publishers promoting adult content, age-restricted products, or brand-misaligned sectors will not be approved.
