Publishers may use approved Tiny Lux creative assets, logos, banners and promotional materials supplied through the Awin platform.
The Tiny Lux brand name, trademarks, logos and associated branding must not be modified without prior written approval.
Publishers must not create the impression that they are acting on behalf of, or representing, Tiny Lux.
Brand bidding on Tiny Lux trademarks, brand names, misspellings or close variations is not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing.
All promotional activity must be accurate, truthful and compliant with applicable advertising regulations and Awin network policies.
