VERALIS AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Veralis Affiliate Programme, operated through the AWIN affiliate network. By joining the programme you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Veralis reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes communicated via AWIN.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
1.1 The Veralis Affiliate Programme allows approved publishers to earn commission by referring customers to veralis.co.uk.
1.2 Commission is earned when a referred visitor completes a qualifying purchase on veralis.co.uk within the cookie window.
1.3 Participation in the programme is subject to approval by Veralis. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any application or membership at our discretion.
---
COMMISSION
2.1 Commission is set at 3% of the gross order value, excluding delivery charges and any credit card or payment processing fees. Discounts and voucher codes applied at checkout are included in the gross order value for commission calculation purposes.
2.2 Commission is tracked via AWIN on a last-click, last-touch attribution basis. Veralis de-duplicates against all other marketing channels - where a sale is attributed to multiple channels, the last click wins and commission is paid to the last referring affiliate only.
2.3 The cookie duration is 30 days from the date of the affiliate click. Sales completed outside this window will not be attributed to the affiliate.
2.4 Commission is approved and paid following confirmed receipt of customer payment. Commission on orders that are subsequently cancelled, returned, or charged back will be reversed.
2.5 Veralis reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via AWIN with a minimum of 14 days notice.

PROHIBITED PROMOTION METHODS
The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination from the programme and reversal of any pending commissions.

3.2 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

3.3 Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases made through their own affiliate links, whether for personal use or on behalf of connected parties. Self-referrals will be reversed on detection.
3.4 Trademark Misuse
Affiliates may not register domain names, social media handles, or any other digital assets that incorporate Veralis trademarks or brand names, or that could be confused with official Veralis channels.
3.5 Adult, Extremist, or Harmful Content
Veralis products may not be promoted on websites or platforms containing adult content, hate speech, extremist material, or any content that Veralis deems damaging to its brand reputation.
