MONÉ UK AFFILIATE PROGRAMME — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
MONÉ Professional UK runs an affiliate programme designed for cashback,
voucher, content, niche SEO and creator publishers. Programme owner: SAS
MONE Group, trading as MONÉ Professional, operating moneprofessional.co.uk.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to publishers based in or targeting the UK. We approve publishers with
relevant haircare, beauty, lifestyle, fashion or general consumer audiences.
We do not approve incentivised traffic publishers without prior written
agreement.
3. COMMISSION
Base commission: 20 percent on every confirmed sale, regardless of customer
status (new or returning). Cookie window: 60 days, last-click attribution.
Currency: GBP. Top performing publishers can unlock 25 percent commission
through bumps agreed case by case.
4. CUSTOMER CODE
A customer-facing discount code of up to 15 percent off may be issued to
selected publishers. Codes are non-cumulable with other offers except free
delivery.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Monthly Bill Pay. Minimum threshold: 50 GBP. Validation cycle: 60 days from
sale date. We validate all confirmed orders net of returns and cancellations.
6. PROHIBITED PRACTICES
We do not allow PPC bidding on brand keywords containing MONÉ, MONE, MONE
Professional or any close variant in any market. Trademark infringement,
typo-squatting on our domain, cookie stuffing, adware, toolbar redirects,
spam email and unauthorised use of brand assets are grounds for immediate
termination without commission payout on the disputed period.
7. BRAND USE
Publishers may use approved MONÉ brand assets, product images, scripts and
hashtags available in our Brand Kit at moneprofessional.co.uk/pages/affiliate-brand-kit.
All editorial content must respect EU and UK cosmetic claims regulation
(Regulation EC 1223/2009). Do not invent claims not present in our official
product descriptions.
8. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate participation at any time without notice. On
termination, all unpaid validated commissions due as of the termination date
will be paid on the next scheduled Bill Pay run.
