We believe in transparency, fairness and creating partnerships that benefit everyone.

By joining the Cloud 10 Beauty Affiliate Programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in addition to the Awin Network Terms.

We're proud to work with affiliates who genuinely inspire customers to discover their next beauty obsession.

Whether you're a beauty editor, blogger, influencer, publisher, comparison site, loyalty partner or cashback partner, we're looking for long term relationships built on trust, quality content and a shared passion for beauty.

We particularly value partners who:

• Create original, engaging beauty content.

• Educate customers through reviews, tutorials and recommendations.

• Produce authentic product photography or video.

• Help customers discover new brands and products.

• Promote Cloud 10 Beauty in a way that reflects our values and commitment to excellent customer experience.

We're always open to discussing new ideas, exclusive campaigns and bespoke collaborations that create value for both our customers and our affiliate partners.

This programme operates with a 30 day closure notice period.

Cloud 10 Beauty reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary. Any changes will be communicated through Awin in accordance with the applicable notice periods.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in declined commissions, suspension from the programme or permanent removal from the Cloud 10 Beauty Affiliate Programme.

Participation in the Cloud 10 Beauty Affiliate Programme does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise relationship between Cloud 10 Beauty and any affiliate.

Affiliates may not make representations, warranties or commitments on behalf of Cloud 10 Beauty or imply that they are acting as an official representative of the business.

Approved affiliates will receive access to:

• Regular promotional updates.

• Seasonal campaign calendars.

• Professionally designed creative assets.

• New product launch information.

• Dedicated affiliate management.

• Exclusive opportunities where available.

• Ongoing support from the Cloud 10 Beauty team.

We welcome proactive ideas and are always happy to discuss bespoke collaborations with partners who can add value to our programme.

Commission is paid on validated sales only.

Commission rates are determined by Cloud 10 Beauty and may vary depending on publisher type, promotional activity, campaign, product category or individual commercial agreement. Current commission rates are displayed within the Awin platform.

Cloud 10 Beauty reserves the right to amend commission rates in accordance with Awin programme notice periods.

Commission will not be paid where:

• An order is cancelled.

• An order is refunded or returned.

• Payment is unsuccessful.

• Fraudulent activity is identified.

• An unauthorised promotional code has been used.

• The order breaches the Cloud 10 Beauty website Terms & Conditions.

Transactions are normally validated after the customer returns period has expired.

Commission is calculated on the final validated order value after discounts have been applied and excludes VAT, delivery charges, gift cards and gift voucher purchases unless otherwise agreed.

Cloud 10 Beauty reserves the right to reverse commissions where orders subsequently become invalid prior to validation.

Only voucher codes supplied directly by Cloud 10 Beauty or made available through the Awin platform may be promoted.

Affiliates must not:

• Promote expired offers.

• Publish fabricated or misleading voucher codes.

• Promote codes obtained from unauthorised sources.

• Suggest discounts or offers exist when they do not.

• Encourage customers to abandon their purchase in order to search for voucher codes.

• Promote exclusive codes without prior approval.

Cloud 10 Beauty reserves the right to decline commission generated through the use of unauthorised promotional codes.

To protect the Cloud 10 and Cloud 10 Beauty brands, affiliates may not undertake any paid advertising activity that competes with or could reasonably be confused with Cloud 10 Beauty's own marketing without prior written authorisation.

Unless expressly authorised in writing by Cloud 10 Beauty, affiliates may not:

• Bid on the keywords "Cloud 10", "Cloud10", "Cloud 10 Beauty", "Cloud10 Beauty" or any misspellings or close variations.

• Bid on combinations of our brand name with words including discount, sale, voucher, coupon, promo or offer.

• Run Google Shopping, Microsoft Shopping or other comparison shopping advertisements promoting Cloud 10 Beauty.

• Run Performance Max campaigns promoting Cloud 10 Beauty.

• Use Cloud 10 or Cloud 10 Beauty trademarks within advertisement copy, display URLs or visible URLs.

• Use wording such as "Official Cloud 10" or "Official Cloud 10 Beauty" or any wording that could imply an official relationship.

• Direct link from paid advertisements to any Cloud 10 Beauty website.

• Register domains, websites, landing pages, social media accounts or redirects that contain or closely resemble Cloud 10 or Cloud 10 Beauty.

• Use browser extensions, software or technology that overwrites affiliate cookies or intercepts customers during their purchasing journey.

Cloud 10 Beauty may authorise selected partners to undertake specific paid advertising activity, including Shopping campaigns or PPC campaigns, within agreed territories or promotional campaigns. Any such approval must be provided in writing and may be withdrawn at any time.

Breaches of this policy may result in declined commissions, suspension or immediate removal from the programme.

Cloud 10 Beauty grants affiliates a non exclusive, revocable licence to use approved logos, banners, trademarks, product images and other creative assets solely for the purpose of promoting Cloud 10 Beauty through the Awin Affiliate Programme.

All intellectual property remains the property of Cloud 10 Beauty.

Cloud 10 Beauty may withdraw permission to use any creative asset at any time.

Affiliates must remove or update promotional material, logos, banners, pricing or offers within five business days of a request from Cloud 10 Beauty, or immediately where requested for legal or commercial reasons.

Our brand may be referred to as either Cloud 10 or Cloud 10 Beauty.

Affiliates may not:

• Alter our logo, branding or creative assets without written approval.

• Misrepresent Cloud 10 or Cloud 10 Beauty.

• Suggest endorsements or partnerships that do not exist.

• Make false pricing or promotional claims.

• Use misleading headlines or clickbait.

• Frame, mirror or replicate any part of the Cloud 10 Beauty website.

• Copy substantial sections of our website content, imagery or product descriptions without permission.

Where product information is used, affiliates are encouraged to create original editorial content rather than duplicate website copy.

Affiliates must ensure all pricing, product availability and promotional messaging remain accurate and up to date.

Affiliates may not use Cloud 10 or Cloud 10 Beauty trademarks within metadata, hidden text, page titles, structured data, source code or any other techniques intended to manipulate search engine rankings.

Affiliates must not intentionally compete with Cloud 10 Beauty through deceptive SEO practices including keyword stuffing, doorway pages, cloaking, misleading redirects or any other form of search engine manipulation.

Affiliates must accurately represent Cloud 10 Beauty products.

Medical, therapeutic or product performance claims may only be made where supported by the manufacturer or official Cloud 10 Beauty product information.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all published information is truthful and complies with applicable advertising standards.

We work with publishers who provide genuine value to customers.

Cloud 10 Beauty reserves the right to reject or remove any affiliate whose website or promotional activity includes:

• Illegal or offensive material.

• Hate speech or discriminatory content.

• Adult content.

• Gambling content.

• Copyright infringement.

• Malware or malicious software.

• Misleading advertising.

• Poor quality or automatically generated content.

• Activity that may damage the Cloud 10 or Cloud 10 Beauty brand.

Influencers and social media creators are welcome to join our programme.

Affiliate content must comply with all applicable advertising regulations and include appropriate disclosure of affiliate relationships where required.

Email marketing is permitted only where affiliates:

• Own their mailing list.

• Have obtained all required marketing consent.

• Comply with GDPR and all applicable email marketing legislation.

Spam or unsolicited email marketing is strictly prohibited.

Cashback and loyalty partners are welcome.

Cashback incentives must accurately reflect current promotions and must not mislead customers.

Cloud 10 Beauty reserves the right to decline commission generated through unauthorised cashback offers or incentives.

Browser extensions, toolbars, software applications or other technologies that modify the customer journey, overwrite cookies, replace tracking or interfere with attribution are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by Cloud 10 Beauty.

Affiliates may use AI assisted tools to help create original content.

However, affiliates remain responsible for ensuring all content is accurate, original and provides genuine value to customers.

AI generated content must not reproduce substantial portions of Cloud 10 Beauty website content or contain inaccurate, misleading or unsubstantiated product claims.

All purchases are made directly between Cloud 10 Beauty and the customer.

Affiliates may not:

• Negotiate pricing.

• Resolve customer service issues.

• Offer refunds.

• Make commitments on behalf of Cloud 10 Beauty.

• Represent themselves as Cloud 10 Beauty employees or authorised representatives.

Customer enquiries should always be directed to the Cloud 10 Beauty Customer Care team.

The standard affiliate tracking cookie is 30 days.

Cloud 10 Beauty operates multiple digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Organic Search, Display Advertising and Influencer Marketing.

Affiliate sales are tracked through Awin and may be subject to de duplication where another eligible marketing channel receives attribution under our agreed attribution methodology.

Cloud 10 Beauty operates a zero tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

• Cookie stuffing.

• Forced clicks.

• Fake orders.

• Self referrals.

• Duplicate customer accounts.

• Unauthorised incentivised purchases.

• Automated traffic.

• Bots or artificial clicks.

• Cookie overwriting.

• Commission manipulation.

• Any activity intended to artificially inflate affiliate commissions.

Cloud 10 Beauty reserves the right to immediately decline commission, suspend or permanently remove any affiliate found to be engaging in fraudulent, illegal or brand damaging activity.

Serious breaches may also be reported to Awin's Compliance Team.
