ARB 4x4 UK Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
By joining the ARB 4x4 UK Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the ARB 4x4 UK Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. ARB 4x4 UK reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate a valid website, blog, social media platform, or other approved promotional channel that aligns with the ARB 4x4 UK brand and target audience. ARB 4x4 UK reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links via the affiliate network. These links must be used correctly to ensure accurate tracking of referrals and sales. ARB 4x4 UK is not responsible for any loss of commission due to incorrect link implementation, broken tracking, or failure to use approved affiliate links.
4. Commissions and Payments
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links.
Default Commission: 3%
Attribution Period: 30 days
Commission is calculated excluding VAT, delivery charges, returns, refunds, and any additional fees
All commissions are subject to validation and approval
Payment Terms:
Commission payments are processed via the affiliate network in accordance with its payment schedule and policies.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote ARB 4x4 UK products in a professional, accurate, and ethical manner. All marketing communications must be truthful, up to date, and comply with applicable advertising regulations.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required.
6. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates must not engage in:
Fraudulent activity, including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or artificial traffic
Misleading or false claims about ARB 4x4 UK products, pricing, discounts, or availability
Unauthorised use of ARB 4x4 UK brand terms in paid search
Brand bidding, trademark bidding, or bidding on brand misspellings without written approval
Promotion on illegal, offensive, harmful, adult, or unsuitable content platforms
Misrepresentation of affiliation with ARB 4x4 UK
Use of expired, fake, leaked, or unauthorised voucher codes
Forced clicks, adware, spyware, or any activity designed to generate invalid traffic or sales
7. Voucher Codes and Promotions
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes, offers, or discounts that have been approved by ARB 4x4 UK or made available through the affiliate network. Expired, misleading, fake, or unauthorised codes must not be promoted.
8. Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Affiliates may leave the programme at any time
ARB 4x4 UK reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for breach of these terms or activity deemed harmful to the brand
ARB 4x4 UK reserves the right to reject commissions generated through non-compliant activity
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use ARB 4x4 UK trademarks, logos, product images, and approved marketing materials solely for promotional purposes within the affiliate programme. All intellectual property remains the property of ARB 4x4 UK.
10. Limitation of Liability
ARB 4x4 UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme. Total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to the affiliate during the three months preceding the claim.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Affiliates must comply with all applicable UK and EU data protection laws, including GDPR. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their own marketing activity, tracking, data use, and customer communications comply with relevant privacy and data protection requirements.
12. Amendments
ARB 4x4 UK reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the affiliate platform where appropriate. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
