Terms and Conditions

Programme Overview Nutrivio is an AI-powered nutrition tracking app available on iOS and Android. This programme pays commission on annual subscription purchases only. Monthly subscriptions are excluded from commission.

Approved Promotional Methods Publishers may promote Nutrivio via content, email, cashback, loyalty, community, and discount code channels. Behavioural retargeting and media broker activity are not permitted.

PPC and Search Publishers may run PPC campaigns on generic and non-brand keywords only. Use of the Nutrivio brand name or variations in keywords, display URLs, ad titles, or descriptions is strictly prohibited. This includes misspellings such as Nutriveo or Nutritivio.

Discount Codes Publishers may only use discount codes issued directly by Nutrivio. Use of expired, unauthorised, or self-created codes will result in commission being declined.

Branding Publishers must use only approved Nutrivio logos and screenshots provided in the creative assets section. 

Commission Eligibility Commissions will be declined in the following circumstances: subscription refunds within 30 days, duplicate transactions, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or breach of these terms.

Content Standards Publishers must not promote Nutrivio alongside content related to extreme dieting, disordered eating, or unhealthy nutritional practices. Nutrivio must only be associated with balanced and responsible approaches to nutrition and wellness.

Compliance All publishers must comply with UK advertising standards (ASA/CAP codes), GDPR, and relevant data protection regulations when promoting Nutrivio.
