Crumb Affiliate Program – Publisher Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction This Affiliate Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions between Stature Media Limited, trading as Crumb, and you, regarding your participation in the Crumb Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. About the Program Crumb is a smart QR pet tag that helps lost pets get home faster, trusted by over one million pet owners worldwide. We welcome publishers who can authentically connect our products with pet owners across our target markets.

3. Accepted Publisher Types We accept applications from content creators and bloggers, cashback and reward sites, voucher and coupon sites, and social media influencers. All publishers must be approved before promoting Crumb. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.

4. Geographic Targeting Publishers may promote Crumb across multiple countries. All content and promotions must be appropriate and legally compliant for the target region. Commissions will only be approved for sales originating from regions confirmed by your account manager.

5. Cookie Window Crumb operates a 30-day tracking cookie. Commissions are only payable on Qualified Sales occurring within 30 days of the referred customer's first click through your affiliate link.

6. Permitted Promotion Methods Publishers may promote Crumb through editorial content and blog posts, cashback and reward offers, approved voucher and discount codes, and social media content. All content must be accurate, not misleading, and reflect the Crumb brand positively.

7. Prohibited Promotion Methods The following are strictly prohibited: spam or unsolicited bulk email; cookie stuffing or any technique that sets tracking cookies without the user's knowledge; deceptive incentivised traffic where customers are unaware they are being incentivised; misleading or unethical marketing practices; and artificial inflation of clicks, leads, or sales.

8. PPC and Brand Bidding Bidding on "Crumb", "Crumb Tag", or any brand name variations in paid search (Google, Bing, or any other platform) is strictly prohibited. Publishers promoting via Google or Bing must add "crumb" as a negative keyword. Breach of this policy may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of commissions.

9. Disclosure Requirements All publishers must clearly disclose their commercial relationship with Crumb in line with UK ASA guidelines, FTC guidelines for US-facing content, and all applicable regional advertising regulations. This includes using #ad or #sponsored on all promotional content. Failure to comply may result in withheld commissions and removal from the program.

10. GDPR and Data Protection Publishers must comply with UK GDPR and all applicable data protection laws in their operating regions. Publishers must not collect, store, or process personal data of referred customers on behalf of Crumb.

11. Branding and Intellectual Property Publishers are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Crumb's logos and trademarks solely for promoting Crumb through the affiliate programme. You may not alter or misrepresent Crumb's branding. All use of Crumb IP must be approved in advance and this licence is revoked immediately upon termination.

12. Commission Structure Commissions are paid for each Qualified Sale per the rates in your Affiliate Control Panel. To qualify, the referred customer must be new and unique, the sale must remain active for a minimum of 30 days, and the customer must comply with Crumb's Terms of Service. Commissions are processed fortnightly on Wednesdays, with a minimum payment threshold of £50. Default payment is via PayPal, with bank wire available once £1,000 in cumulative commissions has been earned.

13. Commission Disputes All commission disputes must be raised within 45 days of the relevant sale. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted and the associated commission will be forfeited.

14. Program Performance Crumb reserves the right to review affiliate performance on an ongoing basis. Affiliates who consistently fail to generate meaningful activity may be removed from the program following reasonable notice.

15. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Crumb reserves the right to terminate immediately in the event of any breach, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable law. Valid outstanding commissions will remain payable subject to the terms of this Agreement.

16. Modifications Crumb reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or through the Awin platform. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
