Crumb Brand Guidelines for Publishers

Brand Name Always refer to the brand as "Crumb" or "Crumb Tag". Do not use variations such as "crumb", "CRUMB", "Crumbtag", or combine the brand name with other words to create new terms (e.g. "CrumbDeals"). The brand name should always appear exactly as provided.

Logo Usage Only use logos and creative assets provided directly by Crumb. Do not stretch, recolour, crop, or alter the logo in any way. Always maintain clear space around the logo and do not overlay it on busy backgrounds or conflicting colours.

Tone of Voice Crumb is a warm, trustworthy, and pet-loving brand. All content should feel friendly, positive, and focused on pet safety and peace of mind. Do not use language that is aggressive, misleading, or inconsistent with the Crumb brand values.

Imagery Only use product images and creative assets supplied by Crumb. Do not use unauthorised stock imagery that misrepresents the product or brand. Please seek approval for other images.

Product Claims Only make claims about Crumb products that are stated on crumb.pet or in materials provided by Crumb. Do not exaggerate features, invent statistics, or make guarantees beyond what is published. All content must comply with ASA guidelines and be clearly identifiable as promotional where applicable.

Approval Any content, creative, or campaign that falls outside standard affiliate promotion must be submitted to Crumb for written approval before going live. When in doubt, ask.
