Didriksons Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited and may result in commission being declined, reversed, or the affiliate being removed from the programme:
1. Unauthorised Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote voucher, discount, promotional, or coupon codes that have been explicitly provided or approved by Didriksons.
The promotion of unauthorised, expired, misleading, or fabricated discount codes is not permitted.
Any sales generated using unauthorised codes may be declined and will not qualify for commission.
2. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Restrictions
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on the Didriksons brand name, brand variations, misspellings, trademarked terms, or any combination thereof within paid search engines.
Direct linking from PPC advertisements to the Didriksons website is not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing.
Affiliates may not use Didriksons trademarks, brand names, or URLs within ad copy, display URLs, or destination URLs without prior written approval.
3. Commission Validation
Didriksons reserves the right to withhold, decline, or reverse commission for any sales generated through unauthorised promotional methods, including but not limited to unauthorised voucher code usage or prohibited PPC activity.
Repeated breaches of these terms may result in immediate removal from the affiliate programme.
Didriksons reserves the right to update these terms at any time and affiliates are responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with programme policies.
