Carnival Internet Affiliate Programme Terms
Welcome to the Carnival Internet Affiliate Programme.
Carnival Internet offers residential full fibre broadband services across multiple network partners including Openreach, CityFibre, Community Fibre, Trooli and Freedom Fibre.
To participate in the Carnival Internet Limited ("Carnival Internet") Affiliate Programme ("Programme"), publishers must be members of the Awin Affiliate Network ("Awin").
Existing Awin publishers must review and accept these Programme Terms before joining. New publishers must register with Awin and agree to these terms as part of the application process.
Agreement
Upon acceptance into the Programme, these Terms form a legally binding agreement between Carnival Internet and the Publisher ("Publisher").
Eligible Publishers
The following publisher types are welcome to apply:
- Cashback and loyalty websites
- Voucher and promotional websites
- Broadband comparison websites
- Content and editorial publishers
- Technology and review websites
- Email marketing publishers
- Influencer and social media publishers
Carnival Internet reserves the right to approve or reject any publisher application at its sole discretion.
Restricted Publisher Types
The following promotional methods are not permitted without prior written approval:
- Telemarketing
- Door-to-door sales
- SMS marketing
- Browser extensions
- Adware or toolbar traffic
Unsuitable Websites
The following website types are not permitted within the Programme:
- Websites that infringe Carnival Internet's intellectual property rights or those of any third party
- Adult or sexually explicit websites
- Websites containing offensive, hateful, violent or discriminatory content
- Websites promoting illegal activities
- Websites containing malware, spyware, adware or malicious software
- Websites generating traffic through deceptive or fraudulent methods
- Websites using Carnival Internet trademarks within domain names, social media handles or advertising accounts
- Websites hosting illegal streaming, file-sharing or pirated content
- Any website deemed unsuitable by Carnival Internet
Carnival Internet reserves the right to remove any Publisher from the Programme where their promotional activity may damage the Carnival Internet brand or reputation.
Commissionable Products
Commission is payable on:
- New residential broadband customer sales completed online through Carnival Internet
Commission is not payable on:
- Existing customer upgrades
- Contract renewals
- Business broadband products
- Add-ons and extras
- Installation fees
- Activation charges
- Cancelled orders
- Failed installations
- Fraudulent transactions
Commission Validation
Commission will only be approved when:
- The customer order has been successfully installed and activated
- The customer remains beyond customary 14-day cooling off period
- The order has passed all internal validation and fraud checks
Orders that fail validation will not qualify for commission.
Cookie Window
30 days.
Transaction Queries
All transaction queries must be submitted within 60 days of the transaction date.
Any queries raised after this period may not be investigated and may be declined.
