Hair Syrup Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions:
Approved Links Only
All sales must be tracked through approved affiliate links provided by the Awin network. Commissions will only be paid on valid tracked sales.
Content & Creative Usage
Affiliates may only use approved imagery, banners and creative materials supplied by Hair Syrup. Any additional content, logos, or brand assets must receive prior approval via email.
Discounts & Offers
Affiliates must not promote misleading discounts or expired offers. Only current promotions and codes supplied directly by Hair Syrup may be used. Use of unauthorised or publicly circulated codes may result in the commission being declined.
Cashback & Voucher Sites
Cashback or voucher sites may only promote approved codes or offers. Any use of unapproved promotions or codes is strictly prohibited.
Commission Eligibility
Commission will only be paid on completed and valid sales. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent or identified as self-referrals may have commission declined or removed.
Please note that commission will not be paid on selected products based on profitability. The list is subject to change at any time and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis or through prior agreement. A full list of commissionable and non-commissionable products can be provided upon request.
Paid Advertising & Brand Bidding
Affiliates may not bid on Hair Syrup brand terms (including but not limited to “Hair Syrup”, “Hair Syrup discount”, or similar variations) in paid advertising such as Google Ads. Affiliates must not run advertisements that appear to represent or impersonate the official Hair Syrup brand.
Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Hair Syrup products in accordance with applicable advertising guidelines. Appropriate disclosures, such as #ad or #affiliate, must be used where required.
Email & Promotional Practices
Affiliates must not use unsolicited email marketing (spam) or misleading promotional tactics when promoting Hair Syrup products.
Trademark & Brand Protection
Affiliates may not create websites, domains or social media accounts that impersonate or appear to represent Hair Syrup. The Hair Syrup brand name, trademarks and branding must be used appropriately and in line with brand guidelines.
Sub-Networks & Publisher Transparency
Sub-networks and publishers must provide full transparency of all publisher onboardings upon request. We reserve the right to decline commission or remove partners where transparency is not provided. Please note that our preference is not to work with low-quality voucher, coupon or promotional code websites and we would like our publishers to respect this.
Compliance & Integrity
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and network policies. Misrepresentation of the brand, products, or offers may result in immediate termination from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorised activity, including but not limited to ad hijacking, cookie stuffing, click fraud, forced clicks or artificially inflating traffic or sales, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decline commissions, reverse transactions, suspend partnerships, or remove publishers found to be engaging in such activity.
Programme Changes & Termination
Hair Syrup reserves the right to update, amend or terminate these terms or the affiliate programme at any time. Affiliates may be removed from the programme at the brand’s discretion if these terms are breached.
