Promotion
- Promote Memoket honestly and accurately - no false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the product, pricing, availability, or discounts.
- Use only current, approved brand assets and creative from the Toolbox.
Prohibited methods (may lead to commission reversal and removal)
- No bidding on Memoket brand or trademark terms (e.g. "Memoket", "Memoket Gem"), misspellings, or variations in paid search; no PPC direct-linking to memoket.ai.
- No coupon or voucher codes unless officially issued to you by Memoket.
- No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware or toolbars, spam, or incentivized or misrepresented traffic.
- No brand-name use in display URLs or ad copy without prior written permission.
Commission
- Paid on valid, tracked sales via last-click attribution within the 30-day cookie window.
- Commission on cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or duplicate orders will be declined or reversed.
- Current rates are shown on the Commission tab.
General
- Publishers must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure of affiliate relationships.
- Memoket may update these terms; continued promotion constitutes acceptance.
