Welcome to the Paddywax Affiliate Program. Our affiliate program allows partners to earn commission by sharing our products with their audience in an authentic and responsible way.
Commission & Payments
Standard Commission Rate: 10% of the net sale value (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns). 2% of the net sale value for Coupon sites.
Cookie Duration: 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are validated and paid through the AWIN platform on their standard payout cycle.
Returns/Chargebacks: Orders canceled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent will not qualify for commission.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Paddywax through websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and other digital channels, provided content is aligned with our brand positioning.
Affiliates may not:
Misrepresent Paddywax products, pricing, or promotions.
Bid on brand terms or variations in paid search campaigns (e.g., “Paddywax,” “Paddywax Candles” misspellings, or related phrases).
Direct linking from search engines to the Paddywax website via affiliate links is prohibited.
Generic keyword campaigns may be permitted with prior written approval and must link to the affiliate’s own landing page.
Use Paddywax trademarks in ad copy without prior written approval.
Use cookie stuffing, toolbar injections, forced clicks, or other fraudulent tactics.
Send unsolicited email campaigns (“spam”).
Content & Branding
Affiliates may only use approved banners, logos, and product images provided by Paddywax or created with prior written approval.
Brand references should align with our core values: Thoughtfully Designed, Intentionally Crafted, Dedicated to Giving Back
Affiliates must avoid making false or unsubstantiated product claims.
Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards, including FTC disclosure guidelines (affiliate links must be clearly disclosed).
Affiliates must follow privacy and data protection regulations (GDPR/CCPA where applicable).
Coupon affiliates may only promote valid, approved codes provided by Paddywax or listed on AWIN. Unauthorized code promotion is prohibited.
Program Adjustments
Paddywax reserves the right to:
Adjust commission rates, cookie duration, or program terms with prior notice through AWIN.
Deny or remove affiliates at our discretion if they violate program rules or engage in activity that could harm the Paddywax brand.
Terminate the affiliate program with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
Paddywax is not responsible for technical issues (e.g., tracking outages, downtime) beyond our control. The affiliate’s sole remedy for disputes is limited to validated, unpaid commissions. your program terms.
