General Program Terms
Please read through the eSpares program terms below. Further information on PPC, Transactions, Branding, Notice Periods, Publishers and De-Duplication can be found in their individual sections within the eSpares profile. Any affiliates found to be breaking any of these terms will be removed from the program and have any pending and future commissions declined.
a. Keyword Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any keywords that contain the eSpares legal trademark. Affiliates are also not permitted to use the trademark within their display URL in any PPC advertising. Below is a list of the prohibited keywords. Please add these to your negative lists prior to starting PPC activity on this program.

Any misspellings of the related eSpares trademark are also not permitted.
b. Email policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email (“spam”) under this affiliate program. This is extended to include all forms of spam, including blog comment spamming.
c. Purchasing of domain names
Affiliates cannot use any domain names that include the eSpares legal trademark.
e. Old Orders
Orders that are older than 6 months are considered confirmed. Affiliates cannot query orders once 6 months have passed since the date of purchase; if they do, the order will automatically be declined.
f. Social Media
eSpares does not deem spamming social media feeds to be an acceptable way of generating traffic to their site. We will accept a level of promotion via X/Twitter. However, if any activity is deemed to infringe on the eSpares feeds or is marked as spam we will review and the affiliate may be suspended from the program.
g. Discount codes
On occasion, eSpares may be able to offer voucher codes to selected affiliates. Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that are provided to them by the eSpares affiliate team. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised voucher codes will have all pending commissions declined until the unauthorised voucher codes are removed. Repeated offences will result in suspension.
h. Site offers
eSpares may, on occasion, feature certain promotional offers on certain products or categories. Affiliates may only promote promotional offers that have been authorised by the eSpares affiliate team. Using offers such as or similar to “Free Delivery on Orders Over £x” is prohibited. Any affiliate found to be displaying promotional offers not authorised by the eSpares affiliate team will have all pending commissions declined until the offending offers have been removed. Repeated offences will result in suspension.
i. Key Accounts
eSpares has several “Business Services” or “Key Account Customers”. Unfortunately, due to the terms that some of these customers have with eSpares and potential pricing support, any commission due to affiliates from a Key Account customer will be declined during validation.
PPC
Affiliates are not allowed to promote eSpares via PPC
Affiliates are not allowed to promote eSpares via Search Engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Other)
Affiliate sales through specific keywords, including brand terms, are not eligible for commission
Transactions
Transaction values that commissions are paid on do not include VAT, Delivery charges, Credit card fees, Gift wrapping or any other service charges
Commissions can be declined for several reasons, including but not limited to: Order cancelled, Item returned, Order made by Key Account, Order not made online, Breach of program terms by affiliate, Duplicate order, Item was out of stock
Branding
Affiliates are provided with banners that have been designed by the eSpares team are asked to update them on a regular basis. eSpares reserves the right to withhold payment of commission until any unauthorised affiliate banners are removed.
