Commission Structure
8% on net order value, excluding tax and shipping. Cashback and loyalty partners on a separate rate by agreement. Rates will not be reduced by more than 20% in any 30-day period, with 7 days minimum notice.
Validation Policy
Transactions validated via Shopify Auto Validation, 45 days after order date. Declined where an order is returned, cancelled, or charged back, where an unauthorised code was used, or where prohibited traffic methods were used. 28-day returns window.
Cookie and Attribution
30-day window, last-click. De-duplicated against paid search, email, direct, display, retargeting, and other networks.
Promotional Codes
Only codes provided through Awin or by Mons Royale may be promoted. Expired, fabricated, or unauthorised codes are prohibited. Commission on unauthorised code transactions will be reversed.
Permitted and Prohibited Traffic
Permitted: editorial and review sites, outdoor content publishers, email newsletters, social creators with correct ad disclosure, cashback and loyalty by agreement.
Prohibited: coupon aggregators, adware, cookie-overwriting software, adult or gambling sites.
SEO and Trademarks
Affiliates may not keyword-stuff Mons Royale trademarks for SEO, including in meta tags. Mons Royale trademarks may not be used as keyword targets in paid or organic search.
Branding and Site
Non-exclusive, revocable licence to use brand assets for traffic to monsroyale.com only. Do not copy monsroyale.com in look or feel, or imply endorsement by Mons Royale.
Problems and Notifications
Partners must notify Mons Royale of any link or tracking issues. We will respond promptly on receipt.
Compliance
Mons Royale may reverse commissions, suspend partners, and modify these terms with 30 days notice. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of transaction date.
Gift Card Addendum
Transactions paid using a Mons Royale gift card or gift certificate are not commissionable. Any commission recorded will be reversed.
