Park4Travels Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions
By joining the Park4Travels affiliate programme, you ("the Publisher") agree to the following. Park4Travels Ltd may amend these terms at any time, with changes communicated through Awin.
1. Commission
Commission is a fixed fee of £1.50 per valid, completed booking made through your tracked Awin links. Bookings that are cancelled, refunded, duplicated, fraudulent, or made by the Publisher themselves are not commissionable and will be declined. The fee may be updated with reasonable notice through Awin.
2. Tracking and validation
Attribution is last-click with a 30-day cookie. Transactions are validated after the parking stay has taken place and the booking can no longer be cancelled. We may decline transactions that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe to be invalid.
3. Permitted promotion
Content and editorial sites, comparison and review sites, cashback and voucher sites, and email marketing to your own opted-in subscribers are welcome. Please use only the links, banners and brand assets provided through Awin, and represent Park4Travels accurately.
4. Prohibited activity (results in declined commission and removal from the programme):
- Bidding on "Park4Travels", its misspellings or brand variations in paid search, or using our brand in ad copy or display URLs.
- Direct linking from paid search to our site.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any artificial generation of clicks or transactions.
- Unsolicited or spam email, or any email marketing that does not comply with UK GDPR and PECR.
- Software, browser extensions, toolbars or adware, unless approved by us in writing.
- Publishing discount or voucher codes that we have not issued or authorised. Bookings made with unauthorised codes are not commissionable.
- Any use of our brand, trademarks or content that is misleading, or that implies the Publisher is Park4Travels.
5. Discount codes
Only codes supplied or approved by Park4Travels may be promoted. Leaked, expired or unauthorised codes invalidate the related commission.
6. General
We may amend the fee, these terms, or close the programme at any time with reasonable notice through Awin, and may remove any Publisher in breach. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
