Boats Group UK Affiliate Program
By joining the Boats Group UK Affiliate Program, publishers agree to comply with the following general terms and conditions, as well as all applicable Awin policies and guidelines.
Eligibility
The Boats Group UK Affiliate Program is open to approved publishers who operate websites, social channels, or other digital properties that align with our brand values. Boats Group UK reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Boats Group UK using approved creative assets, tracking links, and deep links provided through Awin. All promotions must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
Affiliates may not:
Use Boats Group UK trademarks, brand terms, or misspellings in paid search ads, domain names, or social handles without prior written approval
Misrepresent Boats Group UK, its services, or available inventory
Use deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading marketing practices
Promote Boats Group UK on websites or platforms containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
Paid Search & Brand Bidding
Brand bidding and paid search activity may be restricted. Affiliates must comply with Boats Group UK’s paid media policies and may not bid on protected brand keywords unless explicitly authorized.
Commission & Validation
Commissions are earned on qualifying actions tracked and validated through Awin. All commissions are subject to approval and may be reversed for cancellations, invalid activity, fraud, or violations of program terms.
Compliance & Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including disclosure requirements and data privacy laws. Proper affiliate disclosures must be clearly displayed wherever Boats Group UK links are promoted.
Prohibited Activity
Any attempt to manipulate tracking, generate artificial traffic or leads, or otherwise abuse the program will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Termination
Boats Group UK reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without notice, if these terms or Awin policies are violated.
Program Updates
Boats Group UK may update program terms, commission structures, or promotional guidelines at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.k here to add your program terms.
