Welcome to the Pawtable affiliate programme.
Pawtable makes kit for dog owners who take their walks seriously. Our core product is a 950ml insulated travel bottle that carries water and two stainless steel bowls in a single body, alongside a growing range of outdoor dog gear. We're a UK brand and our customers are people who care about quality kit and resent being sold at, so we ask partners to promote us in that spirit: honestly, specifically, and without hype.
Approved partners get access to our creative assets, product imagery, brand guidelines, and our current commission rate. We're happy to support genuine content partners with product and information where it helps.
Commission is paid on valid, completed sales as set out in these terms. Partners are bound by all sections of these terms once they apply to or join the programme, so please read them in full. Anything not permitted here should be assumed to need our written approval first.
Please note: this programme operates with a 30 day closure notice period. If we make changes to these terms, we will give 7 days' notice via the Communication Center before they take effect.

Commissions (the rate)
Standard commission: 10% of the validated order value on all products, for all approved partner types.
Commission is calculated on the product subtotal, excluding delivery and after any discount applied. See the Transactions tab for what is included and what causes a transaction to be declined.
In line with Awin's terms, we will not reduce commission by more than 20% within any 30 day period, and we will give partners at least 7 days' notice of any change to rates.
(Note: the "Commissions" tab on Awin is partly the contractual 20%/7-day rule, which is pre-filled — but stating your rate here too makes your profile read clearly to partners.)
Transactions
Commission is paid on: the product subtotal of a completed, paid order.
Commission excludes: delivery charges (our shipping is free, so this does not arise), and any amount covered by a discount or voucher. Commission is calculated on the actual amount paid by the customer after any code is applied.
Transactions will be declined or reversed where: the order is cancelled, the item is returned or refunded (in whole or in part), payment fails or is fraudulent, the order is duplicated, or an unauthorised or invalid discount code is used. Returns are assessed against our standard 30 day returns policy, so commission is validated after the returns window has passed.
We aim to validate transactions in line with Awin's standard timeframes once the returns window on an order has closed.
Voucher codes
Pawtable is a premium brand and we do not run discount-led promotions as standard.
Only discount or voucher codes that Pawtable has issued directly to a partner through Awin (via My Offers or the Communication Center) may be used. Any code obtained or shared through other means, including generic or leaked codes, public coupon aggregation, or codes not assigned to that partner, is not permitted.
Transactions using an unauthorised code will be declined. Partners must not imply that a Pawtable discount is available unless we have issued them a valid code to promote.
PPC
For the radio-button questions Awin presents, set them to reflect this, and paste the below into Additional Information:
Partners may not bid on Pawtable brand terms. This includes "Pawtable", "Paw table", "Pawtable bottle", any close variant or misspelling, and any brand term in combination with other words.
Partners may not use Pawtable brand terms in the display or visible URL of any paid search ad.
Partners may not direct-link to pawtable.co.uk from paid search ads.
Partners are welcome to bid on generic, non-brand keywords at their own cost and risk.
Breach of these PPC terms will result in commission reversal and may lead to removal from the programme.

De-duplication
Pawtable operates other online marketing channels. Our de-duplication approach is intended to be fair to partners while preventing commission being paid where the partner did not contribute to the sale.
We de-duplicate against: direct/unattributed traffic, and our own paid brand-search activity. Where a customer arrives with no affiliate referral, or via our own branded search, the sale will not be attributed to a partner.
We do not de-duplicate against our social or display channels. A partner who delivers the last click before purchase will be credited, on a last-click basis, even where the customer may also have seen our other advertising.
In the channel list/selectors, select only: Direct, and Paid Search (brand). Leave Meta/Social and Display unselected.
Branding
Use the brand name "Pawtable" (one word, lower-case "pawtable" in our logo lockup). Do not render it as "Paw Table", "PawTable" or with pet wordplay.
Use only the logo files and product imagery we provide, without altering, recolouring, stretching or adding effects. Do not generate AI imagery of the product.
Promote Pawtable in a way that fits the brand: specific, honest, and free of hype. Do not make claims about the product we have not made ourselves — in particular, do not describe the bottle as "leakproof" or "spill-proof".
Partners may not promote Pawtable on sites featuring adult, hateful, illegal or otherwise inappropriate content, or on any site that would damage the brand.
Notice period
Set each notice-period definition to 30 days.
(This is the advance notice you'll give partners before changes to your site or programme. 30 days is a safe, standard choice. The separate 7-day rule for commission/T&C changes is fixed by Awin and applies on top).
Publishers (partner types)
Answer each partner-type question, and paste into Additional Information:
Pawtable particularly welcomes content, blog, review and social partners in the dog, outdoor, hiking and lifestyle space, and UK-focused partners whose audience genuinely walks with their dogs.
Cashback and loyalty partners are considered but must add genuine value and abide by our voucher-code terms.
Voucher/coupon sites are permitted only on the basis set out in the Voucher Codes tab — codes we have directly issued, nothing else.
We are happy to hear from partners who don't fit neatly into a category but have a relevant, engaged audience.
