AUSSUI AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS
- Commission is payable on completed, successfully fulfilled, and non-refunded orders only.
- Commissions will not be paid on cancelled, refunded, charged back, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, unpaid, or otherwise invalid transactions.
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases made by themselves, their employees, agents, or immediate family members.
- Affiliates may promote Aussui through approved content websites, gaming communities, social media channels, loyalty websites, cashback websites, newsletters, and other approved promotional methods.
- Only coupon codes, promotions, and offers officially provided or approved by Aussui may be advertised. Promotion of unauthorized coupon codes is prohibited.
- PPC bidding on trademarked terms including “Aussui”, “Aussui.com”, brand variations, misspellings, and related trademark terms is prohibited without prior written approval.
- Affiliates must not engage in spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, toolbar marketing, domain impersonation, misleading advertising, or any deceptive marketing practices.
- Websites or promotional channels containing illegal, adult, hateful, discriminatory, violent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content are not permitted to participate in the programme.
- Certain products, categories, promotions, gift cards, subscriptions, low-margin products, or special offers may be excluded from commission eligibility at the sole discretion of Aussui.
- Transactions identified as fraud, abuse, resale activity, commercial exploitation, payment abuse, or violations of Aussui’s Terms of Service may be declined and commissions voided.
- Commission validation is subject to the programme validation period and successful payment verification.
- Aussui reserves the right to reject affiliate applications, decline commissions, suspend accounts, modify commission structures, or terminate participation where programme terms are breached.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, Awin policies, advertising standards, and data protection requirements.
- Programme terms, commission rates, promotional policies, and eligible products may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice where possible.
- Participation in the Aussui Affiliate Programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and any applicable Awin policies.
