Paid Search / PPC Policy:
Affiliates may not bid on trademarked terms including “Realm,” “Realm Foods,” “Realm Veggie Crisps,” or any misspellings or variations of these terms.
Direct linking from paid search ads to the Realm website is prohibited. Brand terms should be added as negative keywords where applicable.
Coupon Code Policy:
Only coupon codes provided directly through Awin, approved affiliate communications, or written approval from Realm may be promoted. Unauthorized or leaked coupon codes may result in commission reversals and/or removal from the program.
Transaction Validation:
Realm reserves the right to decline commissions for:
- Cancelled orders
- Returned or refunded purchases
- Fraudulent transactions
- Duplicate orders
- Orders using unauthorized discount codes
- Commissions are calculated excluding taxes, shipping, and promotional credits.
Brand Guidelines:
Affiliates may not:
- Misrepresent Realm products or ingredients
- Make unapproved health or nutritional claims
- Alter official logos or packaging imagery
- Create paid ads or social accounts impersonating the brand
- We encourage creators to maintain authentic voice and creative freedom while accurately representing the brand.
