Using the service
You must use the app/phone legally and as intended (child safety & parental control).
You’re responsible for how the device/account is used.
Accounts & eligibility
You need to provide accurate account details.
Parents/guardians are responsible for minors using the service.
Subscription & payments
Some features (e.g. SafetyMode Plus) are paid subscriptions.
Fees are billed regularly (monthly, etc.).
You can cancel, but refunds may be limited depending on timing.
Acceptable use
You cannot misuse the service (e.g. attempt to bypass controls, interfere with systems).
The company can suspend or terminate accounts that violate rules.
Content filtering limitations
The service aims to block harmful content, but it’s
not guaranteed to catch everything

Intellectual property

Liability limits
The company limits their liability for damages or losses.
They are not responsible for indirect harm (e.g. missed harmful content).
