If publishers use your brand name in their paid search title and description, will they receive full commission?Publishers may reference Haroutine in paid-search ad copy only when the advertisement is accurate, clearly identifies the publisher where appropriate, and does not imply that the publisher is Haroutine’s official website. If publishers add your brand name into their negative keyword list, will they receive full commission?Publishers conducting PPC activity must add “Haroutine” and its restricted variations to their negative keyword lists to prevent advertisements from appearing on prohibited branded searches.
If publishers display their ads when your brand name or variations of your brand name are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodafone, voda fone)
If publishers display their ads when misspellings of your brand name are entered as search keywords will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodofone)
If publishers display their ads when your brand name and another word are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. Vodafone Mobile)
Do you have a restricted group of publishers who can earn commission on sales generated by brand related terms?
For any agreed publisher paid search activity, will publishers be paid for sales generated from the following search engines?
GoogleApproved publishers may earn commission from compliant paid-search activity conducted through Google Ads. Brand bidding, trademark misuse, unauthorized claims, and bidding on restricted keywords are prohibited.
YahooApproved publishers may earn commission from compliant paid-search activity conducted through Yahoo Search Ads or related Yahoo advertising services. All Haroutine brand and keyword restrictions apply.
BingApproved publishers may earn commission from compliant paid-search activity conducted through Microsoft Advertising, including Bing. All Haroutine brand and keyword restrictions apply.
OtherPaid-search activity on other search engines or advertising platforms must receive prior written approval from Haroutine. The same restrictions regarding brand bidding, trademarks, ad copy, redirects, and prohibited promotional methods will apply.
Are there any specific search terms (keywords) where sales from publisher PPC ads will not be eligible to earn commissionSales generated through bidding on Haroutine-branded or brand-related search terms are not eligible for commission unless Haroutine provides prior written approval.
If publishers place shopping ads on a search engine and link directly to your website, are they eligible to receive full commission?
If publishers place shopping ads on a search engine such as a Comparison Shopping Service (CSS), does this activity need to be tracked in a separate specific publisher account?
