RealCapital Affiliate Programme — General Terms
RealCapital is an international subscription-based real estate marketplace for property owners, real estate agencies, developers, and property advertisers.
The affiliate programme is based on a Cost Per Sale (CPS) model. Publishers earn commission only when a referred customer completes a successful paid subscription purchase.

Eligible transactions:
Successful monthly subscription payments made by referred customers through the RealCapital advertiser portal.

PPC / CPC:
PPC, CPC, paid click campaigns, paid search bidding, and brand bidding are not part of this programme unless specifically approved in writing by RealCapital.

Real estate agencies, developers, property owners, and professional property advertisers.
Traffic focus:
The programme is intended for SEO traffic, content marketing, real estate blogs, property portals, investment websites, organic publisher traffic, and referral-based subscription sales.
Commission validation:
Commission is paid only on completed and valid subscription payments. Commission may be declined in cases of cancelled subscriptions, refunds, duplicate transactions, chargebacks, fraud, or breach of programme terms.
