Terms and Conditions:
1. Commission Structure
- Standard commission rate: 5% on all qualifying sales
- Commission is calculated on the final order value after discounts and before taxes/shipping
2. Cookie Duration
45-day cookie window
- Last non-direct click attribution model
3. Payment Terms
- Payment cycle: 30 days after the end of the month in which the order was confirmed
- Payouts are processed monthly by the Awin platform
4. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates may use banners, text links, and product feeds provided in the Awin dashboard
- Promo codes must be approved by Monument Grills before use
- Coupon and deal sites must receive prior authorization
- PPC campaigns on brand keywords (e.g., "Monument Grills") are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing
5. Prohibited Activities
- Spam or unsolicited email marketing is strictly forbidden
- Use of misleading or false claims about Monument Grills products
- Any form of cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- Promotion on websites containing illegal, offensive, or adult content
6. Product & Content Guidelines
- Affiliates must accurately represent products using approved descriptions and images
- Reviews must be honest and based on actual product experience where claimed
7. Right to Terminate
- Monument Grills reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership immediately for violation of these terms
- Fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions
8. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA
