1] To participate in the Cleve’s Gourmet Products Affiliate Program, the affiliate registration form must be completed and submitted through the affiliate network. All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in the program; however, participation is subject to ongoing and periodic review and may be revoked at any time without notice.
2] Affiliates are permitted to promote coupon codes only if they are officially provided through the affiliate program. Coupons must be displayed in their entirety, including the complete offer details, valid expiration date, and code. The use of fake, expired, or unauthorized coupon codes is strictly prohibited. If any affiliate is found promoting unauthorized coupon codes, one warning email will be issued, and failure to comply may result in removal from the affiliate program.
3] PPC Advertising Policy:
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on the Cleve’s Gourmet Products brand name, domain name, trademark terms, or any misspellings and variations in search engines. Violating this policy may result in commission reversals and removal from the affiliate program.
4] Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine (at our sole discretion) that a website is unsuitable for the program. Unsuitable websites include those that:
• Promote illegal activities
• Promote sexually explicit material
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Contain misleading or deceptive content
• Are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of clevesgourmetproducts Products.
5] This agreement applies only to affiliate-owned and managed websites and promotional channels listed in the affiliate registration profile.
6] Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional methods comply with applicable laws, regulations, and affiliate network policies.
7] Cleve’s Gourmet Products reserves the right to update, modify, or change the program terms and commission structure at any time without prior notice.
