General Campaign Terms Description

The EXEAT affiliate programme is open to approved publishers who can promote the brand in a high-quality, brand-appropriate way. EXEAT is an award-winning British luxury tennis and courtwear brand for women, handmade in the UK from pioneering sustainable fabrics. The programme is particularly suited to editorial, fashion, luxury, sport, tennis, golf, padel, pickleball, sustainability, shopping and lifestyle publishers.

EXEAT offers commission on eligible net product sales generated through approved affiliate activity. Commission is paid on product order value excluding VAT, sales tax, duties, delivery charges, gift wrapping, service fees, payment fees, refunds and returns.

Publishers must use accurate, brand-appropriate messaging and may only promote valid offers, codes or promotions supplied directly by EXEAT. Unauthorised voucher codes, fake discounts, misleading claims, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, adware, spyware, browser extensions, trademark misuse and any activity that may damage the EXEAT brand are not permitted.

Paid search, brand bidding, direct linking, CSS, shopping ads, retargeting, paid social and email activity require prior approval where applicable under the programme terms. Publishers must not bid on EXEAT brand terms, misspellings, domain names, brand-plus terms or discount-code terms unless expressly approved in writing.

EXEAT reserves the right to decline or adjust commission on cancelled, returned, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent or non-compliant transactions, or where activity breaches programme terms. All publisher activity must comply with applicable advertising, data protection and consumer protection laws.
