1. Programme Participation

By joining the EXG Pro Affiliate Programme, you agree to promote EXG Pro products in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at our discretion.

2. Approved Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote EXG Pro products through approved channels including websites, blogs, content platforms, email marketing, and social media (where permitted by platform rules).

All promotional activity must be brand-safe, accurate, and not misleading.

3. Brand Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Represent EXG Pro products truthfully and accurately
• Use only approved assets where provided
• Avoid modifying product claims or official branding in a misleading way
• Refrain from creating content that could damage brand reputation

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Paid search bidding on EXG Pro brand terms or misspellings (unless explicitly agreed)
• Use of misleading ads or fake discounts
• Cookie stuffing or any fraudulent tracking activity
• Promotion on illegal, offensive, or inappropriate websites
• Misrepresentation of EXG Pro as an official retailer or manufacturer outside agreed context

5. Commission Rules

Commission is payable only on valid, tracked and completed sales that are not returned, cancelled, or refunded. EXG Pro reserves the right to adjust or decline commissions for fraudulent or invalid transactions.

6. Use of Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use EXG Pro logos, product images, and marketing materials provided via AWIN or approved sources only. No modification is permitted unless explicitly authorised.

7. Pricing & Promotions

Affiliates must not advertise incorrect pricing or fabricate discounts. All promotions must reflect current, accurate offers provided by EXG Pro or AWIN feeds.

8. Programme Changes

EXG Pro reserves the right to update commission rates, promotional terms, product availability, or programme structure at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time for breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or inactivity.

10. Liability

EXG Pro is not liable for indirect losses, technical tracking issues, or affiliate platform downtime.
