Vivid Customs Affiliate Program Terms
By participating in the Vivid Customs affiliate program, publishers agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Commission Structure
* Approved publishers are eligible to earn a base commission starting at 10% on qualifying sales.
* Commission rates may vary based on publisher type, promotional method, or negotiated partnership terms.
* Higher commission opportunities may be available for high-volume publishers, creators, and strategic partners.
Eligible Transactions
Commissions apply to eligible net merchandise sales only and exclude:
* Sales tax
* Shipping or delivery charges
* Credit card or processing fees
* Returned or refunded orders
* Cancelled orders
* Fraudulent or duplicate transactions
Publisher Guidelines
Publishers may promote Vivid Customs using approved content, banners, links, and creatives provided through the affiliate platform or approved directly by Vivid Customs.
Publishers may not:
* Bid on trademarked Vivid Customs terms or variations in paid search campaigns
* Use the Vivid Customs brand name in display URLs, ad copy, or direct linking without approval
* Promote unauthorized coupon codes or misleading offers
* Misrepresent the Vivid Customs brand
* Use spam, deceptive advertising, or unauthorized incentives
* Register domains or social media accounts intended to imitate the Vivid Customs brand
Approved Publisher Types
Vivid Customs welcomes partnerships with:
* Content publishers
* Bloggers and review sites
* Communities and fundraising organizations
* Email publishers
* Non-branded search publishers
* Content creators and influencers
Publisher Approval
All publishers are subject to manual review and approval. Vivid Customs reserves the right to reject applications, reverse commissions, or remove publishers found to be in violation of program policies.
Attribution & De-Duplication
Vivid Customs uses multi-channel attribution and reserves the right to de-duplicate transactions against other paid marketing channels and publisher programs where applicable.
Program Changes
Vivid Customs reserves the right to update commission rates, program policies, or promotional terms at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be provided to publishers regarding material changes.
Brand Safety
Publishers may not promote Vivid Customs alongside adult, illegal, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
