GIABORGHINI welcomes high-quality fashion, luxury, lifestyle, editorial and content publishers aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.

Publishers are not allowed to bid on GIABORGHINI brand terms, misspellings, brand variations or brand + generic keywords through PPC activity without prior written approval. The use of the GIABORGHINI brand name in ad copy, display URLs, search ads or shopping ads is not permitted without approval.

Low-quality coupon activity, misleading promotions, unauthorized discounts, cashback activity, adult content, inappropriate placements and any activity that may damage the brand image are not allowed.

Commissions are paid on valid net sales only, excluding VAT, sales tax, delivery charges, credit card fees, gift wrapping and other service charges. Commissions may be declined for cancelled orders, returned items, failed payments, duplicate orders, out-of-stock items, invalid transactions or breaches of program terms.

Publishers should use only accurate and approved brand information, product details and promotional messages. Any special campaigns, discount codes or paid placements must be approved by GIABORGHINI in advance.
