Shell Energy Broadband only pays commission to new customers who qualify and turn on supply. Failure to fulfil this is the main reason commissions may be declined, or, if the sale has been attributed to another marketing channel.
Shell Energy Broadband allows the following publisher types on the programme:
-Cashback
- Content
- Community
- Email
- Loyalty
- Price comparison websites
- Voucher sites
- Subnetworks
Affiliate sites or apps containing the following content will not be approved:
- Sexually explicit materials or hate/violent/offensive content
- Promotion of discrimination based on race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability or any other grounds
- Use of misleading or fraudulent means to prompt clicks
- Not clearly stating an online privacy policy to their visitors
- Any other sites deemed not appropriate to our brand
PPC
We operate a closed PPC policy. Affiliates are kindly asked to not bid on any of our brand terms, derivatives or misspellings unless agreed with the Shell Energy Broadband affiliate team.
We also don’t allow direct linking in any form via search engines, nor do we allow the use of the display URL.
Email
All email marketing activity must be approved and signed off my both Shell Energy Broadband affiliate teams.
Affiliate removals
Affiliates found in breach of our terms and conditions may face removal from the programme with immediate effect and all pending commissions cancelled.
De-duping Policy
Affiliate transactions will be de-duped against other digital marketing channels.
