1. General Promotion Guidelines
Brand Representation: Publishers must promote SEGAI as a premium Smart Hardware and AI technology brand. All descriptions of AI features and hardware specifications must be accurate and based on official documentation provided at segai.cc.
Creative Assets: Please use only the banners and creative materials provided within the Awin interface. Any self-created assets using the SEGAI logo must be approved via contact@segai.cc before being published.
2. PPC Policy (Pay-Per-Click)
Strictly Prohibited: Bidding on "SEGAI" brand keywords, including misspellings and variations (e.g., "Segai AI", "Segai Smart Hardware", "Segai Shop").
Negative Keywords: Publishers must add "SEGAI" as a negative keyword in all PPC campaigns to avoid accidental brand bidding.
Direct Linking: Direct linking to segai.cc from search engine ads (Google, Bing, etc.) is not permitted.
3. Traffic & Promotion Methods
Allowed: Content sites, tech review blogs, AI/IoT enthusiast communities, and social media (X, Reddit, Discord).
Prohibited:
No "Coupon" or "Voucher" sites unless specifically authorized.
No incentivized traffic or "click-to-reveal" schemes.
No promotion on sites containing illegal, violent, or non-consensual content.
Compliance: As an adult-tech brand, all promotions must strictly adhere to local age-restriction laws and platform standards (e.g., Traffic Junky, Awin compliance).
4. Tracking & Attribution (S2S)
Precision: SEGAI uses a Server-to-Server (S2S) tracking framework. Commissions are attributed based on the final backend postback.
Deduplication: We reserve the right to deduplicate sales against other marketing channels (e.g., direct Google Ads or internal KOL campaigns) based on a last-click attribution model.
5. Commission & Validation
Commission Rate: 15% of the net sale value (excluding shipping and taxes).
Validation Period: Sales are typically validated within 30-45 days to account for the product return window and fraud checks.
Refunds: Commissions will not be paid on orders that are fully refunded or identified as fraudulent.
6. Termination
Failure to comply with these terms (especially Brand Bidding) will result in immediate removal from the programme and reversal of pending commissions
