1. Introduction
By joining the DATOUBOSS Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and transparent partnership between DATOUBOSS and its affiliates.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must operate a legitimate website, platform, or marketing channel. DATOUBOSS reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions on valid sales generated through their referral links.
Commissions are only applicable to completed and paid orders.
Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not qualify for commission.
Commission rates are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Cookie Duration
DATOUBOSS uses a standard tracking cookie window (e.g., 30 days). Sales made within this period after a user clicks an affiliate link will be attributed to the affiliate.
5. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid according to the AWIN payment schedule.
A validation period (e.g., 30–60 days) applies to ensure order completion and reduce returns.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates agree to:
Promote DATOUBOSS products in a truthful and professional manner.
Not make false or misleading claims about products.
Not engage in spam, unauthorized advertising, or trademark bidding without permission.
Not use DATOUBOSS branding in a way that may harm the company’s reputation.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Use of fraudulent traffic or fake orders
Brand bidding on restricted keywords without approval
Misrepresentation of discounts or offers
Use of unauthorized coupon codes
Violation may result in commission reversal or account termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All DATOUBOSS trademarks, logos, and marketing materials remain the property of DATOUBOSS. Affiliates may only use approved assets for promotion.
9. Order Fulfillment & Warranty
DATOUBOSS is responsible for product fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.
All products are 100% brand new and include a 5-year warranty with lifetime technical support.
10. Termination
DATOUBOSS reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if terms are violated or if the partnership is deemed unsuitable.
11. Modifications
DATOUBOSS may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
