Affiliates may only use approved Charcoal Clothing creative assets, imagery, and logos.

Content must not:

• Misrepresent the brand
• Include offensive, misleading, or inappropriate material
• Suggest a formal partnership beyond the affiliate relationship
• Alter official branding without written approval

Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all promotional activity complies with applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, and disclosure requirements, including FTC, ACCC, and platform-specific guidelines where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All Charcoal Clothing trademarks, logos, creative assets, content, and intellectual property remain the property of Charcoal Clothing and may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, or used outside the scope of the affiliate relationship without prior written consent.
