Heiree Affiliate Program TermsAbout HEIRÉE

HEIRÉE is an elevated hand care brand focused on healthy, high-performance nail care essentials. Our hero product, The Cuticle Pen, is an organic nail serum designed to strengthen nails, nourish cuticles, and extend the life of your manicure.

 

Affiliate Program Terms & ConditionsCommission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 15% commission on all eligible net sales generated through approved affiliate links.
  • Commissions are calculated on the final order value after discounts, promotions, taxes, shipping fees, chargebacks, and canceled orders are excluded.
  • Commission rates are subject to change at Heiree’s discretion with prior notice.

Cookie Window

  • Standard cookie duration: 30 days.
  • Transactions credited within the cookie window will qualify for commission unless another affiliate source overrides attribution.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Heiree maintains a no returns policy.
  • Commissions will not be paid on canceled, fraudulent, disputed, or chargeback transactions.

PPC & Trademark Policy

Affiliates may not:

  • Bid on trademarked terms including “Heiree,” “The Cuticle Pen,” or misspellings/variations of branded keywords.
  • Use Heiree’s brand name in paid search ad copy, display URLs, or domain names without written permission.
  • Direct-link paid ads to the Heiree website without approval.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to create authentic, brand-aligned content. The following are prohibited:

  • False or misleading claims about products or ingredients.
  • AI-generated or fabricated testimonials, before-and-after imagery, or medical claims.
  • Medical claims or guarantees regarding nail growth, healing, or treatment.
  • Spam marketing, unauthorized coupon distribution, or deceptive advertising practices.
  • Posting unauthorized discount codes or offers.

Approved Channels

Approved promotional methods include:

  • Social media content
  • Blogs and editorial content
  • Email marketing to owned, permission-based audiences
  • YouTube, TikTok, and creator content

Partner Eligibility & Traffic Sources

  • Content publishers, creators, influencers, editorial partners, and review sites are welcome to apply.
  • Coupon, cashback, loyalty, browser extension, and sub-network partners must receive prior written approval before promotion.
  • Incentivized traffic, spam traffic, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or misleading traffic sources are prohibited.
  • Affiliates may not use trademarked social handles, domains, or profiles that could be confused with official Heiree channels.

Marketplace & Resale Restrictions

  • Affiliates may not resell or promote Heiree products on third-party marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms without written authorization.
  • Unauthorized bundles, repackaging, or resale promotions are prohibited.

Coupon & Discount Policy

  • Affiliates may only promote discount codes or offers officially provided or approved by Heiree.
  • Orders associated with unauthorized coupon codes may be voided from commission eligibility.

Brand Assets

Approved affiliates may use Heiree-provided logos, product imagery, and marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting the brand.

Affiliates may not:

  • Alter logos or branding in a misleading way
  • Impersonate Heiree
  • Create websites or social handles that appear to officially represent the brand

FTC Disclosure Compliance

Affiliates are required to comply with all applicable advertising laws and FTC guidelines, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships in all promotional content.

Examples include:

  • #ad
  • #affiliate
  • “I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link.”

Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid through the Awin / ShareASale platform according to network payout schedules and minimum thresholds.
  • Heiree reserves the right to review and reverse commissions for fraudulent or policy-violating activity.

Program Acceptance

Heiree reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

We may remove affiliates from the program for:

  • Trademark violations
  • Spam or unethical marketing
  • Misrepresentation of the brand
  • Inactive accounts
  • Any activity deemed harmful to the Heiree brand
