STNKY Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
By applying to and participating in the STNKY Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Programme Enrollment
STNKY reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to promote STNKY products in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner. Affiliates may not:
- Make false or misleading claims about STNKY products
- Engage in spam, unsolicited promotions, or deceptive marketing practices
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content while promoting STNKY
- Represent themselves as employees or official representatives of STNKY
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links or discount codes. Commission rates may vary depending on the agreement and may be updated at any time with notice.
Commissions are only paid on completed and non-refunded purchases.
4. Payment Terms
Commission payouts are processed on a monthly basis once the minimum payout threshold is reached. STNKY reserves the right to withhold payments for suspected fraudulent activity, excessive returns, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information where required.
5. Discount Codes & Promotions
Any discount codes provided by STNKY are intended solely for approved promotional purposes. Affiliates may not:
- Publish unauthorized coupon codes
- Promote misleading discounts
- Use paid search advertising with STNKY trademarked terms without written permission
6. Intellectual Property
STNKY grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved logos, product images, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting STNKY products.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of STNKY.
7. Content Usage Rights
By participating in the programme, affiliates grant STNKY permission to repost, share, and use affiliate-created content, including photos, videos, reviews, and social media posts, for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Purchase through their own affiliate links for personal gain
- Use fraudulent methods to generate commissions
- Impersonate STNKY or create fake websites/social accounts representing the brand
- Bid on STNKY trademark terms in paid advertising campaigns without authorization
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate programme at any time. STNKY reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate programme policies or harm the brand reputation.
10. Limitation of Liability
STNKY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.
11. Modification of Terms
STNKY reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
